Having looked into this, your order was successfully delivered albeit a little late than it should have! We noted some delays in free shipping due to the pandemic last summer which caused this. We apologize for this, we had a note on the site on every page of the store highlighting this. We can make this up to you with a free upgrade on express shipping on a future order for you :)
Be prepared to wait a Very Long Time!!
Made purchase on April 1 2020. As of May 18 nothing has arrived. I had to write and request the tracking number, but when I got it it has been totally useless in terms of information. It still shows “in process”. I understand things are slower now because of the global situation but this is ridiculous

There are some delays due to the pandemic. I see you had opted for free shipping in your order which has a delivery time of up to 15 working days to your area. Since your order fulfillment till today your order is over due by a week. We had other , faster shipping options available to your area, and one which arrives within 3 days. We had stated in our Covid-19 update "FREE SHIPPING ORDERS SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED". This is not a normal situation, and I do apologise for the inconvenience.
Please understand that we offer different shipping options and only FREE shipping is being affected currently by the pandemic.

Not only will not fix my reply but your customer service rep I don’t think, is not a good representation of your company. He is rude and condescending and I almost feel like he responded unprofessional to a customer. And as I stated to him with such great presentation and the reviews I read before ordering I was so excited. Now I will Never order from here again, until I get a formal apology. And because I work in customer service and responsible for 16 people if he responded to me a customer in this matter he would no longer have a job. I hope my items come some have a great day and hope all your families are safe and I’m good health.

Due to the covid-19 outbreak there will be some delays to certain areas due to restrictions at airports and borders. Free shipping orders have a delivery time of 10-15 working days. Working days do not include weekends or holidays. If you could get in touch with us we can send you tracking and sort this out asap!
I haven’t received any updates
I haven’t received any updates. I placed my order in Mid March and it was shipped on March 25th. It’s April 14th and there’s no tracking info or updates available.

Very unprofessional and incredibly inconsistent
The shipping and update process for this company is highly inaccurate. I called to speak with the company several times, left messages, and sent emails, but I never received a single reply.
There are other companies selling the same items for cheaper. Do not order from here.

I see you had opted for free shipping in your order. We offer different shipping options. Free shipping to your area is 10-15 working days. Your order will not arrive faster than that. If you need a faster option there are other alternatives :)

Hi there,
I have looked into your order. Your order was delivered 14 working days after dispatch not 3 months as you put down. You had opted for free shipping at checkout which has a delivery time of 10-15 working days. If you wanted the delivery to be faster there are other shipping options at checkout, but assuming shipping will be faster than what is advertised is wrong.

I see your order was shipped via free shipping which is what you had opted for at checkout. The order I see was delivered recently .:)
IF you wanted a faster shipping option we had them available at checkout but you had chosen free shipping and delivery will not arrive faster than the delivery time that is put down.
