My daughters coach is lovely. She does a great job.
One issue i have is when I try and buy a snack for my son from the shop. There is NEVER any staff!
And that reminds me, there is NEVER any staff on the front desk either. They need to employ someone to deal with these two issues because the customer service non existent.
Today I and another person was let in by a child that had to climb over the front gate to the desk. She was attending a all day class. That is also a safety issue for other children attending.

You have to pay a monthly fee to the club even in summer/Christmas when the club closes. They claim that the fee is split over 12 months but it does not make sense. The worst part is that they cancel lessons quite often and never offer make-up lesson which they claim they will. We have 4-5 lessons being cancelled in the past 6 months. I write many emails asking for make-up lessons or otherwise a refund and they finally agree to refund but it is a "one-off courtesy". That means you never have your money back again in the future if they keep cancelling. We have quitted the club and I don't recommend this club unless they change their way of administration.

The classes are okay I think but it's very much a corporate company and not a local gym. You have to pay a subscription and when they cancel classes they won't give you a refund. Instead they tell you they will offer 'make-up' sessions bit 6 weeks later we still weren't even offered one of the make up sessions. I don't think this is the place for aspiring gymnasts.

Please do not leave your child here. I witnessed a member of staff shouting at a child and being quite rough . Other members of staff did nothing. I informed the child’s parent when they collected him

My daughter broke her toe during a training section at their gym,I was not formally informed of this injurry, no first aid was administered, my daughter narrated what happened to me and i got back to the manager but they lied and denied nothing happened. They don’t care about the child but all they are after is the payment. Even when my daughter was still receiving treatment they kept collecting money. Enrolling your child there is at your risk. My expirience with them was bad and i regret ever sending my child there.

I’d give zero stars but that’s not an option. The staffing levels are unsafe, they don’t put kids in the right age groups, and then when you DO cancel they claim you didn’t follow the correct process and somehow they draw more money without authority from your debit card. Without a direct debit mandate. And then refuse to return the stolen funds.
These people are charlatans, thieves, degenerates and fundamentally evil people. I assume they’ve endangered kids too, it’s on-brand.

Gymfinity Cambridge unfortunately led to our child losing interest in gymnastics. All we wanted was for our child to reach the intermediate level. There was only one skill left for them to reach intermediate, they had mastered all the other skills, the remaining skill was (“circle up”). It was said that Gymfinity required private lessons. However, these private lessons did not focus solely on the one skill they were struggling with (“circle up”) and they were still placed in the intermediate group. Afterwards the instructor changed and said our child was not sufficient for intermediate and needed to go back to beginner, they messed with our child's psychology. I also think that the needs of the children were not sufficiently met with appropriate coaching and lesson planning.

I love the concept of Gymfinity, I think the easy membership system is good, the actual location is ideal and all the equipment and space is perfect for kids to have a great time. However, I am left a little disappointed about the lack of knowledge and experience from the staff around the pre-school sessions. I find that these are not nearly as engaging as they need to be for such a young audience, and there is no really effort from the staff to actually encourage the children to join in and listen. When working with young children (like my son who is 2), there needs to be a lot more enthusiasm and engagement to ensure the children want to do what they are supposed to. Often in these classes the children lose interest and start messing around. I have also found that some of the activities are not age appropriate and are far too difficult for 2-3 yr olds (e.g cartwheels and pushing up on parallel bars).

My son has attended the new Wythenshawe club since it opened in January 2026. Amazing club with really friendly, supportive and caring staff. Nicole is fantastic with the kids and sets challenges that suit each child while ensuring they all learn the same skills and tasks — she’s brilliant at motivating them. Becca, Kyla and Lisa all seem very friendly and approachable too, and my child is always happy with any of them. When I needed help, Ben (the manager) went above and beyond to assist me even when he didn’t have to, which really meant a lot.
It was a bit hectic when it first opened, but that’s to be expected with a new club and things have settled down, running very smoothly now. My child genuinely looks forward to attending each week — he loves learning new things and showing his coaches what he can do. The “star of the week” is a real highlight for him, and even when he doesn’t get it, hes still happy and all the coaches make an effort to congratulate all the children so everyone feels encouraged.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this club — great environment, great staff and my child has settled in really well and is starting to show the real him again and building in confidence! thank you to each and every one of you.

The coaches just sit around on their phones not watching the children.
