I received my four-item order with two damaged items: one product leaked in the box (hair oil) and another arrived with a cracked lid broken into pieces.
When I contacted customer service, they told me only “about 10%” spilled and offered a 15% discount, and for the cracked bottle they only offered to send a replacement lid (!) The tone of the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
They also sent a photo before the transfer with all items in good shape! You are responsible for the shipping and safe arrival of your products! I didn’t pick your transfer method!!!! I expected a proper replacement or refund for damaged items and more importantly a better communication!! I won’t be ordering again for sure!

This company is awesome. I would put your trust in them. The best customer service i have ever had. They went above and beyond for me to recitfy an issue that wasnt even thier fault but was the carriers. I will be definitly dealing with company for now on for all my hair care needs.

After I placed my initial order, I wanted to add some products to the same order. They were very accommodating and adjusted the order with no issues! I will definitely be using Hair Care for my hair products moving forward!

One of my products came with a large crack in the bottle.
I emailed customer service and they responded within an hour and refunded the damaged product. Excellent customer service! I will be ordering again in the future.

So I have been buying Kevin Murphy smooth again for years including from hair care Canada I have never had a problem actually very happy but for some reason the product I just bought about a month ago smells nothing like the product I have always purchased and makes my hair very dry and brittle so I contacted hair Canada no response to either of my emails. Very disappointed I tried to call them ALL numbers are disconnected
I contacted Kevin Murphy to find out if they had changed their product due to the smell and how different it is now they adv that they hadn’t only the packaging they adv that a lot of other places water the product down and that can affect the product

Shopping and checkout was super simple and straight forward. Items arrived well packaged, in perfect condition, and exactly on time as per the tracking number. Will for sure use again!

I ordered 3 session spray and 3 Do over.
I received 1 of each and when I sent an email saying I was disgusted with the service and I would not use ‘hair care Canada’ again. I received a phone call from Corby Johnston saying I was abusive, saying it was a little mistake (as a senior $113 out of pocket is not little) there was no apology just berating me for complaining. He then hung up on me.
