Ordered hair as I have done many times…
Ordered hair as I have done many times previously however this hair hasn't lasted at all very disappointing however I have ordered some more today to see if it was just a one off which hopefully it is.

As per our terms and conditions, hair extensions can last up to 3 months with regular trims, maintenance, and recommended aftercare products. Therefore, I am enclosing a copy of our aftercare guidelines for your reference: https://www.hairplanet.co.uk/blog/post/top-aftercare-tips.
Hair extensions do not absorb nutrients from your scalp, so we always recommend a specialist aftercare program to maintain the quality and longevity of the hair. This also helps preserve any bonding polymer used to secure the extensions.

Awful. They are shocking quality and have absolutely no returns policy they stick to. Terrible and I would never order from them or deal with them as a company again. Run!

Thank you for review regarding your purchase on 10 July 2024. As per our terms of sale, you have 14 days to inspect the hair to ensure it meets your expectations. If you are unsatisfied, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Our policy is detailed on our website, https://www.hairplanet.co.uk/delivery-info, and the packing slip included with your order.
We noticed that you contacted us on 19 August 2024, reporting issues with the quality of the hair, and mentioned that it had been worn.
We therefore provided you with information on the process for returning faulty products, but we are unable to offer a replacement or refund since you declined to return the product.
Our team are always available to help you, and we would like to encourage you to reconsider returning the product if you change your mind.

Not the best hair extensions good for a few weeks but not for 6 months like my others. They go very dry and are very expensive for how many you get in a pack

the hair isn’t good it’s went all fuzzy at the ends and feels like fake hair doesn’t look nice and i have hair hair extensions before for a year and not in that full year have they felt like this after 2 weeks

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; I am sure, as a repeat customer, you are aware on occasion, you may receive hair that is oversized and tapered out on the ends up to between 1-3 inches, and sometimes it can be exact to size. However, the hair dispatched is always the minimum of the advertised weight or greater.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 14 days under our terms of sale to return it for a refund/exchange.
If you would like a refund/exchange on any HairPlanet purchase, please return your item to the address below with a copy of your invoice or a covering letter including your name, address, and order reference number, clearly stating whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges/refunds are processed within seven days of receipt of your return.
Refunds are reversed back to the original method of payment used minus postage and packing costs.
Items must be in their original retail packaging and unused and still intact of their hygiene ties as detailed in our terms and conditions.
We advised a trackable method of return to ensure safe receipt.
