As stated before not the best quality…
As stated before not the best quality hair I’ve had. A little disappointed in the way they’ve turned out in such a short period of time. I travelled abroad and made sure to use the correct products, had no chlorine or sun cream contact yet majority of the hair still seemed to discolour.
Thanks to Colorwow and Malibu sachets they’ve restored ever so slightly. Not sure if I’ll purchase from HairPlanet again.

Not as great as last purchase
Fast delivery. I have used hair planet extensions before and previous extensions were amazing, such good condition and were beautiful condition for more than a year with maintenance so didn’t hesitate to use them again. This time however, the quality of the extensions are just not the same. They don’t feel like real hair, they don’t hold curls well, they’re not shiny and look dull. I wouldn’t use hair planet again for this reason. Disappointing as I will always use extensions due to how thin my hair is and it doesn’t really grow naturally.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, the blunt cut finish is to give a more thicker fuller results root to tip and avoids ends that look thin and sparse, we are obviously disappointed you are not 100% happy with a product you have received. All our products carry a 14 day no quibble return therefore in the event you are not 100% happy with a purchase you have 14 days to return.

This can result in slight colour variations from colour rings and shade charts and, therefore, semitonal differences between stock batches sold, With this in mind, we give the purchaser 14 days to inspect the product fully and decide if it is suitable for the intended purpose prior to installing/fitting it into a client's hair. If, for any reason, they are unsuitable, we offer a no-quibble return policy on all products.
To initiate a return: 1) Send it to the address below, 2) Include your name, address, date of order, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
Please ensure the item is in its original retail packaging and unused. We recommend a trackable return method.

The hair I ordered was a lot darker and it cost me £10 to return it
The hair I ordered was a lot darker than the image advertised.
In order to gain a refund it cost me £10 to return the hair.
Returns when hair is not suitable and does not match what is advertised should not cost the customer to return them.

Bad customer service
So this company is fine as long as you don’t complain about a substandard product.
I have sent about 13 emails to them about a rough batch of hair.
The first time I have ever complained .
I have spent alot of money with them over the years.
No email from them in 2 weeks at a phone call or a text yet they’ve covered themselves on here saying they have or will reply to make themselves look good .
Terrible customer service.

Most of the time the hair is good only…
Most of the time the hair is good only my last order was disappointing .
The hair was so dried out after only one wash .
I have messaged Hair Planet twice about getting a credit.As yet there is no response at all .
Hope they address my complaint soon .
