As a salon owner of 30 years my experience with planet hair was ok as a service but the hair quality is poor I will not be using again! I use prestige as a rule but this time I tried planet hair as I wanted to see if the comparison was similar but it’s not ! The bonds are cheap and too big the hair feels synthetic!

I ordered the same colour as the last time I ordered and hair come slightly more brassy then normal like the mixed colour wasn’t mixed enough in the making of them

Here at HairPlanet, we supply only 100% human hair products, meaning each batch is bleached and colour-treated to achieve the available shades. This can result in slight colour variations from colour rings and shade charts and, therefore, semitonal differences between stock batches sold,
With this in mind, we give the purchaser 14 days to inspect the product fully and decide if it is suitable for the intended purpose prior to installing/fitting it into a client's hair. If, for any reason, they are unsuitable, we offer a no-quibble return policy on all products.
