I ordered a beautiful dress from Hale…

I ordered a beautiful dress from Hale Bob which arrived in Ireland but was unfortunately too big for me.
I returned the item registered post to the address provided on HB website which cost additional €22 only for it to be returned to me as undelivered. At this stage 5 emails to HB remain unanswered, even the Bot is ignoring me. I've spent €300 for a dress thats too big, more money on returns and still being ignored! Pity as the clothes are beautiful but the customer service isn't!

Awful shopping experience overall

Awful shopping experience overall. I purchased two beautiful dresses, but unfortunately they didn’t fit properly at the top. I immediately repackaged them to initiate a return, expecting a straightforward process. Instead, the return experience has been unnecessarily arduous and cumbersome, turning what should have been simple into a frustrating, time-consuming situation.
I called customer service before and during the return process and could rarely reach anyone — the phones went unanswered, and the online messaging feature was often unavailable when I needed help. The lack of accessible support made an already difficult process even worse.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping here. The dresses may be lovely, but the customer service and overall shopping experience do not match the price point or expectations.

NON existent customer service

The company wrote the wrong information on my shipment so my dress never arrived. The shipment was returned to sender. I have sent several e-mailes to customer support, but no reply. I did not get mo money back, and I did not get my dress. This is now 6 months ago.

No customer service

Beautiful items, but
the company wrote a wrong adress so the shipment was about 5 weeks and fedex wanted to send the item back because the delivery was not possible and
NO customer service at all.

Hale Bob - worst customer service

I love Hale Bob clothing, but will never buy anything again from them. I bought a blouse and it took 7 days for them to send it to me. I don't live far away, I live in the Southern California area, where they ship from. The blouse was too big, so I emailed their return department to ask how to exchange it for a smaller size. After 3 emails no one responded. Finally I emailed concierge and she responded. She said to just send it back and request a smaller size, when I asked her for the return label (which they say in their email is free if you're exchanging an item) and she never responded. So, I just returned the blouse for a full refund. Will never buy from them again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced with an online retailer.

Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service. Returned two items which they received 18 days ago. No response to emails, had to call the receptionist to find someone. Will never order from them again.

Zero customer support

As others have said, there is absolutely no customer service. I reached out by email and phone to ask a question about a possible exchange/adjustment and no one has gotten back to me. I’m afraid to send the items back as they were expensive and have no confidence that I will get either my money back or a different size. Buyer beware!!! Items are cute and legit but no way to resolve any issues that might arise. Wish I had looked into the company before purchasing.

Theft and fraud

I am so disappointed with this brand! And surprised. It's a fairly upscale brand, and the customer service is .. non-existent.
I bought three dresses at the sales just recently, and got my order confirmation. About a week later, still not gotten my shipping confirmation, my order is suddenly updated, where the one dress is taken away. No explanation. I write to them and wonder what happened, no reply.
A couple of days go by, I ask again why the one dress was removed, and that I should have a refund then, as I'd already paid for it. No reply. I wait a few days, write AGAIN saying they owe me the refund for the dress I bought. NO reply. It's been almost 4 weeks now. The two other dresses have arrived, but no refund for the one they removed. So basically, as it stands, I have paid for a dress that I wont get, and noone is refunding me!

The clothing is lovely, but I'd think carefully about ever purchasing anything from Hale Bob, there is a real risk you might not get what you paid for. I will take this to the customer protection office or the state attorney general's office, as this is fraud and theft at this point.

Edit - the instagram account for Hale Bob has now blocked me after I posted comments for others to stay away from this brand.

I have contacted customer service…

I have contacted customer service several times about making a return and they do not respond. The phone VM box is full and can not leave a message. The only way to return something is by contacting customer service via email or phone. On several other occasions when I have placed an order, weeks later I get a message that it is unavailable.

No customer service!!!

No customer service!!!! Terrible return policy - the worst I have ever had with a clothing company. All automated responses, no one answering phones, ship back at your own expense, restocking fees!!!!! No confirmation that they have gotten items back and no refund processed after a month of having received return. Do not order from them direct (items are on nordstrom with friendly return policy)

Horrid Service....Be AWARE!!!!

I placed an order for some pants....paid $50us in shipping to Australia....and to my surprise a dress arrives!!!
And now nobody has responded to the 3 emails I have sent that they have sent the incorrect item. No solution given and I am stuck with an item that I do not want nor does it fit....
Disgraceful service....would not recommend buying from them EVER!!!

Non-existent customer service

Gorgeous clothing but customer service is non-existent. I need to return an order but there is no easy way to make a return. You have to email them to get a label. I've sent them two emails over the past week and no response. Super frustrating to have such poor customer service at this price point of clothing. I probably won't buy from them again as a result.

Update: 4 months later and they never responded to any of my attempts to reach them. I'm out several hundred dollars on clothes that don't work for me. I feel scammed.

New Summer Floral Dress.

I bought a dress online and received it within a couple of weeks. It is a beautiful garment, and true to size, I am going to thoroughly enjoy wearing my new outfit for many years to come. Very happy customer and will shop here again and will recommend.

Returned an item, still waiting for refund

30 days after authorized return, I have still not received a refund. I returned a $302 dress within days of receiving it, using the return label provided. I have a confirmation that the return was delivered. Still no refund, and no reply from emails. The phone number is a recording saying the party at that extension is unavailable.
