I mean come on. How could they expect to retain loyal customers when the competition is SOOOO much cheaper

Client depuis 4 ans mais vers dernier s temps le packaging tourne à la catastrophe. Soit on ne peut pas ouvrir le flacon soit ce dernier cède à la pression quand on verse et le liquide s'échappe. Sur mes 3 dernières livraisons près d'un tiers des flacons étaient défectueux, soit inouvrables soit inexploitables. Vraiment frustrant.
Scam
Been ordering from them for years, turned family and friends on to them too. Did an order in November, no idea they have some shady company delivering - after 3 weeks I called, was told to give it another week. I called again, said they would have to open up an investigation with the shipping company, and they'd get back to me. Gave it another week, and called again, no updates. Called again and was told they would resolve it asap. Get a random email today saying give them 6-8 weeks to investigate it. Refused to refund or reship until the investigation is complete. They confirmed it was never received by me, and no attempts to deliver were ever made. In fact, they say the tracking status hasn't changed since December 1.
I'm done. Stay away, I can't be the only one this has happened to.

Nope, Just say No
As a brand new customer, never having used a vape, i bought the Triton II starter kit.
It came disassembled.
The instructions were printed light gray on white in a very tiny font so i had my daughter assemble it for me.
After assembling the inhaler i added the vape juice and charged it over night.
The next day I tried to use it. Nothing!
The thing would not work.
I sent it back, AT MY OWN EXPENSE. 7days later,
Customer (Non) Service replied that it was fine and it must have been user error.
No refund. They are shipping or back to me.
I will give it to one of my vape using friends but i will shop local from now on.
Lesson learned.
I'd avoid
Terrible customer service, got order wrong and refused to do anything to remedy the situation.

My Colleage from our Distribution company trying to place an 300-400 bottle order with a HALO Wholesale Syndicate to supply two shops, a disgusting company to deal with. I have 17 eliquid Brands never seen a company who avoids customer who is willing to spend money with them.

Shopped with this company for three years online and never had an issue. I paid for expedited shipping on an item and it arrived in an empty package with the package ripped open. I was first asked to email images. I emailed the images, waited three days, with no followup. I called back and was then asked to provide a police report to have the package replaced. It's three days after I received the empty folder from FedEx! I'm out $65.00 as a single mom on a single paycheck. I'm never shopping with this company again.

I wish I could give them zero. They have the worst customer service ever. Even after two months they refuse to give me any information for me to be able to find out why my parcel has been disappeared, not even a tracking number. Their online chat service is useless and the agent is so rude.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have ordered from Halo for a while and have always had good luck. But recently they advertised if you bought 4 bottles of eliquid you would get 50% off. So I did. 2 of one kind, and 1 each of 2 other kinds. But when I got my confirmation, it did not show the discount. I emailed customer service, but got no response. The next day I called customer service and was told the discount only applied if you bought 4 of the same kind. I told the rep that it doesn't say that anywhere. Her response was "Sorry". When I said I would not be ordering from them again, her response was "Sorry, have a nice day"

Edit: I am upgrading this rating to 3 stars because after 2 weeks from the date of my order, I got a response from customer service by email stating they would send me the 3rd bottle, which they did. That being said, I am leaving the below review as is because it truly was an unpleasant experience, and others should be informed of what to do and expect when placing an order...
I ordered 2 bottles applying the promo code B2G1CBD to receive a 3rd for free. Upon applying the code, I placed the order, after which I was given no indication as to whether the promo code had been accepted, and the items were marked with a quantity of 2. I emailed customer service before the item shipped, then again after the item shipped, with no response. I finally received the shipment missing the 3rd bottle, and when I called to inform customer service that I had not received the 3rd bottle, they told me that they would not send me it because I needed to add it to the cart myself, referring me to microscopic fine print on the bottom of the promotion. Highly misleading. I only ordered 2 bottles to receive the 3rd one for free. When I got upset about the situation over the phone, I was told that I was being unprofessional and they would have to end the call. Wow. I am shocked that you are still in business. Good luck on September 9th.

Purity Reactor 75W Faulty Batteries
Purchased 5 x Purity Reactor 75W Starter Kits (battery included) + 12 bottles of E Juice.
All of the started kits were shipped with Faulty batteries that wouldn't charge so the vapes weren't functional.
I sent multiple emails to their customer service on the 14th and 20th of July asvising them of the issue and requesting replacement batteries but did not receive a response.
I purchased the batteries from a local store to get them working and disposed of the faulty ones.
I sent another email on the 21st of July advising them I gave them an opportunity to rectify the issue but will be leaving a negative review as they wouldnt respond to my emails. They responded the next day requesting for me to ship the faulty batteries so they could 'test' them before replacing them.
The cost of shipping the 5 batteries via sea freight internationally exceeds the cost of the batteries.
I definitely won't shop from Halo Cigs in the future and advise others to either shop with caution or not purchase anything from them at all.
