Very professional and friendly valuers I met yesterday, a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I sold my Omega watch to them and got a great price.

Fantastic experience at the valuation day. Brought my old collection of signet rings and vester cases along and was offered more than the local jeweller and auction house. Brilliant from start to finish.

Went to a valuation day with two pieces of antique gold jewellery. Was offered a measly £10 for a pair of 100 year old 18ct gold and peridot earrings, honestly it was an insult. They'd previously been valued at £350. The valuer referred to the earrings as "bits of old jewellery". The other item, an 18ct full diamond eternity ring, was offered £80!!

Only good thing is they offer on the spot cash ,but the offer is a total rip off less than half of what I was offered by another company via mail ,I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone wanting a decent price for their goods

I went to one of Hanningfields' regional valuation days. It was efficiently run, and although I didn't have a lot of silver or gold, the valuer treated me and the items I brought with respect, examining them carefully and asking my permission to conduct tests. He was straightforward about what he could (and couldn't) make an offer on. The price offered was fair and I didn't feel under pressure to sell. They paid cash immediately for the items I did want to sell. But perhaps what speaks volumes for Hanningfields' trust-worthiness is that, when I left, I managed to leave behind the one item that, for sentimental reasons, I had decided not to sell. They took trouble to re-unite me with it!
