Ryan Ramjhan at Hanover a credit to the company
From start to finish I found Hanover really easy to talk to & deal with.
Today Ryan Ramjhan has been really helpful & advised me what will happen going forward in relation to my IVA now being complete. He took the time to make sure I understood the process & congratulated me on now being debt free.
I can now move on with my life with a weight off my shoulders!

Today I just phoned Hanover and asked about my payment plan when is ending and Farhana Dilmohamed explained me that it was the final payment made and she wrote email with confirmation because I was asking for the letter and She was very nice and polite.

A painful situation made easier
Jacqui McKinnon was so handy in helping me today. After being called and then being put through to several different departments I finally got to Jacqui. I made a call regarding a email I…
I made a call regarding a email I received stating that I had missed a payment....but infact I have paid it as its on my bank statement. First guy I spoke to was helpful but for some reason my emails back to him with my bank statement were being queued and nobody was receiving the emails.
I phoned again and spoke to someone else and they said unfortunately they need to see my bank statement....but I explained that it won't go through...I have adhd and autism and things like this stress me out causing anxiety. I have since sent my bank statement using my work email address but have not had any response. I have a feeling I will be phoning again to try and sort this out.
