WORST MEAL OF MY LIFE
WORST MEAL OF MY LIFE. I’ve had better steak at Wetherspoons with all the trimmings for less than it cost me for the $25 for a supposed T bone it was tough and an extra $7 for fries. I’ve had more tender frying steak or sirloin. Overpriced and sh*t. The steak was overcooked within an inch of its life - I had asked for rare and had even gone to the effort to translate it into Turkish (on my phone and let the server read my translation) that we wanted our steaks rare and not well done which it came. The burger my friend ordered came out raw and the burger bun was stale. The server did not come to check how the meal was I had to go to the bar.
The server tried his best giving us “apology shots” but they were horrible only one person took a sip and it was horrible. They did bring us a fruit platter but we did not touch it as we were very annoyed at the meal it was awful.
The Mai tai was not a mai tai it tasted liked banana penicillin medicine. 2/4 of us ate our meals because we were starving after not eating much due to being on an excursion in Antalya all day river rafting so we would have eaten road kill if it was served we were starving.
When it came to paying I translated our overall disappointment of the meal to be smirked/laughed at by 3 memebers of the staff, we even spoke with the chef who saw no fault in his meals dispite the cooking instructions. They wanted $148 for the meal, after taking the burger off it came to 5600TL /£104. For that amount of money we could have had a decent meal at bar+block or marco Pierre’s.
PLEASE DO NOT GO. they have no customers for a reason.
