I’m updating my original review because Happy Staffy Co. ultimately resolved the issue with Ronnie’s contest prize.

The initial redemption process was confusing and frustrating, and communication took longer than I expected. However, Happy Staffy reached out, helped get everything sorted, and Ronnie’s prize arrived today.

His prize is an unreleased skull-and-crossbones toy (which I have personally named “Boney Malone” 😂), and Ronnie absolutely loves it. He was interested the second the package opened and immediately claimed it as his own.

I also really appreciated how kind the Happy Staffy team was about Ronnie and his contest entry. They told me his photo and story made their team’s day, which meant a lot to me.

I’m glad I can update this review now that everything has been resolved. What started as a frustrating experience ultimately had a very happy ending—and Ronnie is extremely pleased with his prize.

This company is selling Rubbish products saying that they are safe to give to dogs that are agressive chewers. I gave a 2 year old labrador one toy and it was chewed through in seconds, thinking maybe it was the structure of the toy tried another more solid one which was even worse and the labrador ended up with a big chunk of plastic in her. The return procedure was astounding, i had to pay over $20 to return the toys which I wasnt refunded. They had no responsibility. The dog has $6 toys from a large pet store which have been perfectly ok. If you read all their comments online they are remarkably similar. This companies response is typical of their customer service. This 2 year old labrador has many toys from other manufacturers and has many of them since she was 8 weeks old without damage. . Despite everything they will not refund the money to return the defective toys to them and does not care that my dog now has chunks of plastic inside them. Look carefully at their Social media reviews they all read the same ? These companies should be prohibited from bringing in cheap overseas junk and peddling them as something superior.
