Great, friendly service

Had some issues with a laptop that was misplaced on the way back to Hardsoft. Michelle kept us fully informed, and rectified the situation extremely quickly. Thoroughly recommend. We have been using Hardsoft for years, and have always had an A+ experience.

I’m disappointed with the service from…

I’m disappointed with the service from this company. They accepted payment and confirmed they would deliver the computers, but later informed us that they couldn’t meet the agreed delivery date. This was both inconvenient and unprofessional.

We sincerely regret that our service did not meet your expectations. Upon reviewing your case, we noted that your lease approval and paperwork were processed promptly, and the payment taken was for the first month's rental, not the total equipment cost. This is a standard part of our finance procedure.

Our email records indicate that our salesperson, Tom, maintained clear and consistent communication regarding the delivery dates. Although we were unable to meet the initial delivery date, we provided updates at each step. Once it became evident that we could not complete the delivery within your required timeframe, the lease was cancelled, and the initial rental payment was refunded.

We take these matters very seriously, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us enhance our services. However, in this instance, we believe that Tom was transparent and made every effort to meet the delivery date, keeping you informed of any delays.

Great, prompt service

Once initial email problems were resolved, the HS team were very quick to suggest tests we could perform, and when those failed they sent out a replacement unit immediately. Great service.
