**UPDATE**
No goods arrived at all and their customer services dept disappeared completely.

I claimed back from my bank who (miraculously) refunded me, and have lodged a complaint with Action Fraud online plus have reported the site to Google. The Harper Mode website now appears as harper-collins.com even though it is the same site so they are clearly complete thieves and scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Goods ordered one month ago and still not delivered despite me chasing it for several weeks and asking for a refund. No refund given and after two weeks of chasing, they have miraculosly 'found' my parcel within their tracking system (which I don't believe). I urge you not to order anything from them - they are charlatans and should be avoided. I have involved my bank now to raise a credit for non-supplied goods, Crooks!

Avoid at all cost! I was I did my research before buying. This is all the way from China. And when you do get your item, it’s cheap crap. They claim they accept returns but won’t provide you with returns address.

Exactly same problem as last review not the jacket I expected t-shirt material for £39.99. I got offered 20% and keep jacket which also does not fit not true to size. They kept emailing me until I said I want full refund and nothing after that. This is what they said:
We have received your return request and would like to support you. However, we regret to inform you that we do not offer free return shipping as mentioned on our 'Exchanges & Returns' page.
As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in China. We recommend that you send the return with Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The cost of returning to China starts from at least €20.
In addition, there is a significant chance that your package will be detained by customs and additional charges will have to be paid before your order can reach our warehouse in China. However, we are not responsible for these costs.
When the package finally arrives at our warehouse in China after 14 to 21 business days, we will check it for any damage and its overall condition. If everything is fine, we will refund 100% of the purchase price to your account within 5 business days of receipt.
Eager to provide a suitable solution, we will make an attractive offer. A refund of 20% of the total amount, and in addition you may keep the product you received.
If you still want to return to our warehouse in China, please send us an e-mail and
ask for the roadmap, return address and return label.

Bouclè Jacket was made of what I can only describe as t-shirt material nothing like the photo on their website, would not give me a full refund only a fraction of what I paid!

Material as cheap as chips and I paid 49 pounds for a jacket. I did search prior to order and saw good reviews - now gone - how on earth??

Sadly I fell for this scam company , I really don't know how they pass Google searches , I have emailed them and put in my tracking number and it says , parcel could not be found 🙃 , so angry at myself , buyers beware!!!!

The product was very poor quality, not like its picture online. The return address on the website was in Holland, so I sent it back to that address. When I followed it up on email they said the address in the website was wrong and they would only refund the item if it was sent back to China. They would not accept responsibility for giving me the wrong return address.

Got a little concerned after 2 weeks with no delivery update. Received today a burgundy scarf, as I ordered, and it’s … a scarf. But it is absolutely not cashmere, as the sticker on the scarf says it is and the description of the online site. Although, it did not cost as much as the price I would expect to pay for a similarly described product. And that was my mistake. Would I buy this product again? Absolutely not.

The items this site is selling are over priced tat and the same items can be found on amazon, they are poor quality and definitely not worth the hassle or money

SCAM!! I did actually receive my coat after 16 days no paper work with parcel. It cost £45, Would not pay £5 for what turned up. Nothing like the pictures. Back and forth with their so called customer support. They have no intention of refunding me. DO NOT UNDER OF THIS DODGY WEBSITE

Extremely poor quality clothing. Looks nothing like the pictures and has no label/tags on the clothing items.

This is not a UK based supplier, it's another Chinese outlet.
The ladies coat we received looks nothing like that shown in their advertisements, and the poor quality does not reflect their high street prices. In fact nowhere near those in the clothing department of your local supermarkets.
Awaiting refund acknowledgement.
If no luck getting money back directly I will begin proceedings through my Bank.

Really poor quality item received. The products are actually shipped from China, sizing is wildly inaccurate too.

ordered a coat. £40. Was like a dishcloth when eventually arrived. I sent it back to the address named on label as the return address. I then emailed Harper mode stating I had returned
Received a reply email stating do not send to return address. Return to China ! No address provided. Stated it wouldn’t be refunded any other way. No contact details. SCAM
