We sustained a huge burglary which devastated us.HB were recommended-thank goodness.Jonathan Ingham took it on and was efficient,polite and totally professional in all areas.Dealing with insurers is a nightmare,yet he succeeded in retrieving more than we could have hoped.Superlatives are redundant We shall be happy to recommend HB at any time

Thanks to the team at Harris Balcombe, I was lucky enough to have Business Interruption Insurance paid out for when my business was forced to close during Covid lockdowns.
They dealt with all matters promptly, and ensured I got full compensation.

Knowledgeable Team
Good team with a great knowledge of their field. My insurers certainly didn't want to play ball, but Steven and Mark at HB did everything they could to maximize my claim. Very happy with them and I Would use them again.
Their knowledge about what we can and can't claim for and how to go about it was invaluable

Mark and his team are obviously experts in their field. We worked with them on a complex insurance claim and was completely satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend!

Terrible
Terrible experience after a devastating house fire waited months for a rebuild promised everything waited 17 months for work to be done and left with unfinished shoddy work and no answers just left terrible experience and still no answers they don't call back and noone knows anything customer service appalling
