Excellent service, useful product
Very efficient speedy service and products I purchased (popadome crop protection tunnels) generally well designed and functional. However, end hoops of tunnel tend to fall inwards. I have added a guy rope each end to try to rectify this, but maybe something for designers to reconsider.

The quality of the lawn edging is very good.
The quality of the lawn edging is very good. I have bought it before and it lasts. It arrived very promptly, well packaged. It is not cheap but you pay for what you get.

Good product
Good information about the product. The wood preservative is eco friendly and doesn't taint fruit or veg, but isn't available elsewhere. Easy to use too.
Website is easy to navigate and delivery was quick. Product was as stated

Difficult to assemble
Confusing instructions for the fruit cage and impossible item check list made construction very difficult

Excellent service
The metal plant supports that I ordered for my shrub roses are excellent quality and easy to anchor securely into the ground. Delivery was quick and efficient with supports firmly packaged. Good value for the quality. I’m hoping that this product will be more effective than bamboo canes and string!

Helpful phone team
Very helpful when I thought the delivery was incomplete. Also very helpful when I found where the "missing" parts were. Never let on that they thought me a total fool (which I was).
