100% happy!
We found Harvey George online after days of searching for our perfect unit and WC. We also took the time to visit the showroom in Harrogate and enjoyed a lovely weekend break there too. All HG staff were great when we visited, very friendly, and spent time helping us choose the right look, and all the customisations we wanted. The products were delivered safely, and in perfect condition... especially the loo seat (we've never seen such perfect packing!). 100% recommend if you wnat a premium product, great service and smooth delivery.

We bought the Ava Duo large vanity unit…
We bought the Ava Duo large vanity unit in meadow. I initially went into the showroom and spoke to Robyn who was fantastic, as we were completely renovating our bathroom from scratch. There are plenty of vanity units on display in different colours. Robyn also sent me photos of other combinations, as you can pick your own sinks etc. There was no pressure to buy sinks or taps from them if you wanted to source your own either. I used their online website to build our own vanity unit which was very easy to navigate. Communication from Harvey George was great. The delivery was spot on as well, giving us time to make sure that the furniture was free from damage in transportation which it was, as everything was very well packed. We are delighted with the quality and the finish of the product.

Amy vanity unit
I ordered an Amy wall hung vanity unit in inkwell to replace an existing unit in a bathroom that was 8 years old. I kept tiles, taps and basins but the new unit has made the bathroom feel like almost new again!
The process was easy and Hannah who I dealt with was super helpful even though I contacted her lots of times to make sure I had the correct measurements (she helped with how to measure to make sure it fitted the existing fittings).
The quality of the unit is very good and the delivery men excellent too. It arrived well wrapped and although it was a little bit of a hassle unwrapping it to make sure it was ok (as per warranty instructions) it was all fine.
I would thoroughly recommend. One of the better companies I have dealt with recently.

Great experience and really pleased with the end product
I ordered a large Ava painted vanity unit and then a bespoke unit to match that included a built in cistern. Harvey George were really the only company I found that made things in the style I wanted in the size I needed. I was nervous about ordering online without viewing the product so I did drive up to visit the showroom in Harrogate. Staff were lovely and the products are good quality and very robust. Everything was delivered on time, in perfect condition and my fitter had no issues. Would definitely recommend.

I did a lot of research prior to…
I did a lot of research prior to choosing Harvey George as my bathroom supplier. So many other UK suppliers source their products from China and they are often standard sizes and look very similar. I was therefore delighted to find that Harvey George are British made and make bespoke units to meet my requirements. Robyn at the Harrogate showroom was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time assisting me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The price was also very competitive compared to other suppliers. My plumber also commented on the quality of the products when fitting them.
I would recommend Harvey George to anyone who is considering replacing bathroom fitments.

Panels don't fit
Panels are good, but extremely unhelpful when their panels didn't fit the bath they supplied. It took 4 weeks and two visits for a sensible solution that required altering the bath frame and moving the baths legs from the bath manufacturers designed position.
A problem that could have been rectified on day one if the showroom had a little knowledge of how their products were supposed to be fitted.
Almost a "we only sell the product and don't fit it, not our problem" scenario.

I hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your feedback and concerns regarding the recent issues you encountered with the bath panel. We would like to provide additional details to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the situation.
Upon receiving news of the alleged faulty bath four weeks ago, we took action by ordering a replacement bath at no extra cost. Also, as a gesture of good will, we manufactured a new made to measure plinth as the fitter suggested it would work better if this was slightly wider. We had a visit from the customer, your dad to apologise shortly after as it seemed the bath wasn’t faulty but was suggested the fitter on site was trying to fit the wooden bath panel like a plastic bath panel under the lip of the bath which wouldn’t work.
We took immediate steps to address the situation by guiding your father through various methods of fitting the bath panel during a showroom visit. Additionally, we supplied complimentary keku clips to facilitate the attachment of the bath. At the time, we believed the issue had been resolved.
However, during your visit to the showroom two weeks ago, we became aware of ongoing difficulties in fitting the bath panel. After assessing the replacement bath, we had in the showroom, we proposed two alternative options that could easily be implemented by a fitter. Regrettably, these suggestions were not well-received, as the fitter was no longer available, and you expressed reluctance to make the modifications personally.
We want to emphasize that we are a supply only company and do not offer a fitted service. Despite explaining this, a week later, you came into the showroom seeking a solution in person. We reiterated the same options for fitting the bath panel during this visit, emphasizing their simplicity when performed on-site.
We sincerely apologize if you believe the resolution process could have been expedited. However, we feel it's important to highlight that the initial issue was not immediately clear, making it challenging to address promptly.

It felt a bit risky spending £1200 on eBay for something I couldn’t actually see but I’m glad I did. Ordered with some modifications, asked them to hold it until the builder was ready to fit it which they were very happy to do. Arrived fully assembled and well packaged. My contact was Toni Greco in sales , and she is amazing, so helpful, knowledgable .I asked a lot of questions , to make sure I got everything right, nothing was too much trouble. I had a minor issue with my first vanity, it was swiftly corrected and replacement send straight away. I was so impressed with the quality and customer service that we ordered a second vanity, which we have just taken delivery of. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Truly awful experience with this company. Bought an expensive vanity unit less than a year ago and the built-in toilet has broken. Harvey George refused to pay for the costs of installing a new one. Really bad customer service!

Regarding the issue with the built-in toilet, we would like to clarify that our products come with a standard 10-year guarantee. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and ensures the longevity of our items. However, it's important to note that our warranty is limited to the products we manufacture.
We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've faced and the need to replace the cistern. As a gesture of goodwill and in accordance with the cisterns 1-year guarantee, we have supplied a new cistern for your vanity unit. While we understand the additional costs for installation are disappointing, unfortunately, we can only cover the guarantee for the products we manufacture.
We have investigated further and believe that the cistern is just stuck due to residue and needs freeing, a video has been sent to you to review. I hope this helps.

Hope vanity unit
I ordered the Hope vanity unit after visiting the showroom in Harrogate. The staff were really helpful answering any questions I had and also sent photos via email to help with the sink choice. I am so pleased with the quality and finish and it looks beautiful in my new bathroom.
From ordering to it being delivered the service was great and I highly recommend this company.
