Sadiya from Great Ormond street hospital was fantastic, she went above and beyond for us. When she saw we was stressed she bought me and my daughter water and I really appreciated that. What a lovely person to have on your team. Please keep up the kindness sadiya, we need more people like you.

Hospice movement
The 2 staff members who transported my wife to the hospice on 3/9/25, from St George’s to St Raphael’s hospice, were so caring & careful how the drove and transported my wife to the hospice, even explaining to her what they were doing even though she was heavily medicated for the journey.
I would like to commend Michael & Donovan for a job well done.

Outstanding Excellence and compassion
A heartfelt and special thanks to the Hospital Transport Team at HATS - Oheosa, Peter, Trish and Eric, and Transport Assessment Booking Team - including Jenny, Andrea, Sarah, Mina, Naeem, and all the other Teams involved, including the Managers.
For their outstanding service, with the utmost care, kindness, sensitivity, and compassion in looking after my partner who has Parkinson's, Also myself being sight impaired.
The Teams make sure all requirements are in place and safe throughout, especially the Transport Teams - Oheosa, Peter, Trish and Eric, ensuring my partner is helped before, during and after the journeys - door to clinics and return the same. Also, to assist my partner indoors if needed. Their kindness, sensitivity, compassion and professionalism is steadfast.
They are absolutely special. They are angels, heroes and stars. We can not thank them enough for everything.

A big massive thank you to Attiqa who…
A big massive thank you to Attiqa who was nice friendly and tried her best to be on time. Her driving was smooth and relaxing. My son would have got annoyed easily at along journey if it wasn’t to Attiqa she kept him entertained with laughter on the way to Hospital. Also a big massive thank you to brother Habib for our last travel to GOSH with him as a driver. Brother Habib who was also a driver that I would recommend a funny and entertaining. sister Attiqa I would definitely recommend these two drivers to anyone who needs a cheer on the way to Hospital. Many thanks to the Hats group as well as to our drivers. 👍🏻
