Havealook Website Design Opiniões

Professional friendly approachable easy to talk to

Easy to use. Good support.

We recently had a redesign that was well overdue. The service provided by Havealook was exceptional. from options of packages available, examples of sites for each package to the redesign process of communicating the changes we wanted and managing the process.

Any concerns we had were addressed promptly, design changes were made thoroughly through the rounds within the two week period for and we were very pleased with the final product.

Of particular commendation was Trevor, one of the Technical Support Representatives. He did an amazing job acting between us and the designer to ensure our queries were addressed and managing the change process.

My only suggestion for improvement is in relation to a more direct link with the designer as the change process suggested that a designer would be in touch. We had very little direct communication with a designer but Trevor did a great job. Maybe you need to manage expectations regarding access to a designer and make clear that a Technical Support Rep would be communicating with your clients through the redesign process (rather than a designer).

I cannot express how thrilled I am with my new website. The service from beginning to end was amazing. The designer translated my ideas into exactly what I’d imagined, and I have received my first enquiry within 24 hours. The process was so easy, I wish I’d found Havealook Websites sooner.

The service was exceptional from beginning to end, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Love our new website & content! Highly recommended!

Have a Look made the whole process very easy, they were very responsive to my questions & the content templates made the creation of content so simple that even I (with no prior experience) managed to do it. I would highly recommend them if you are wanting a professional website.

Love my new website! I would highly recommend Havealook Websites to anyone who values excellent customer service and quality work. They went above and beyond every single time I've dealt with them. A true pleasure to work with the team.

I'm so happy with our new website and logo!:) These guys are definitely the go-to people for high quality websites with awesome designs and ongoing support, plus very attractive pricing.
My whole experience with Havealook has been outstanding!

They were originally recommended to me by a family member and I'm so happy I went with them:) This is now my 2nd website with Havealook and a 3rd will be coming very soon.
Thank you Lauren & Sin for your amazing designs!!!!

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

HaveaLook provides you with an exceptional service, not only do they provide high quality and well performing websites. They also provide outstanding communication, big shout out to Trevor who helped us after our website was launched to change/fix small things. He was always on the ball. I would recommend HaveaLook to everyone.

My new website was copied from an old one so there was no creativity needed, but all the same the work was done very well with plenty of communication. Best of all the cost was a lot less than quoted elsewhere. Would definitely recommend Havealook.

I love the people who work for HaveALook. Very patient and very attentive. Special shout out to Trevor, Jacob and Adam who made the entire process a great one!

I have had 2 websites designed by Havealook Websites over the last few years and each time i could not have been happier with the final result. From the beginning stages of selecting what website style would suite my businesses to the design and accounts departments everything worked so smoothly. Their service is unbelievable and during the whole process I felt at ease and excited because I knew the final product was going to be awesome and exactly what i was after. The number of people that have commented on both websites they have designed for me have been very positive and a true credit to all the staff involved.

Cannot praise the efficiency and attention to us as a client experienced dealing with these people. I have been with them for over 10 years and the great value and easy self updateable web sites are without comparison. I have recently made wholesale changes to my business and needed some swift responses and once again was not disappointed with the high levels of service. Thanks again.

Best customer service in a long time. Saved over $10,000 and ended up with a modern, sleek new design for our construction business. We can not thank the staff enough, especially Connie. Super helpful and willing to work with computer illiterate people such as myself. 10/10!

This is the 2nd time I have used Havealook and the service and outcome has always been great. Highly recommend

I engaged Have A look Websites to re vamp my old Website. The pricing was explained on the phone and pricing was emailed. The email was very clear as to what you get for your package. John was great with the sales. The support team where very helpful. Narelle from support was extremely helpful and helped me get my email records with the company who host my domain sorted. Connie and Rebekah from Design have been very helpful and implemented my changes. Only thing I didn’t like was that there is no demo or screen shots of the site before it goes live. I would recommend Have a look to build or re vamp your site. I find the back end very easy for updating content

So happy with our website redesign. We have been with Havealook for a few years now with no issues. It is set up so we can easily access the site to make content changes. We have recently had a complete site redesign and we are beyond happy with the result! Lauren who handled our redesign had great vision and exceeded our expectations. The whole process was extremely easy, fats turnaround time and the price was very reasonable. Can't recommend Havealook highly enough.

The Havealook team have always been amazing. They help answer and resolve problems/questions instantaneously and nothing is too much hassle for them.
I would highly recommend Havealook for all your Website/SEO needs.

A&A are lucky to have such a great support network from HaveALook Websites. They have been nothing short of attentive, positive and helpful which is something we continue to look for in others. If we had to do this process again, it would be to detail the design options a bit more within the initiation process to avoid the “back and forth” emails. However all the staff members we have come across have been great, making this journey an overall awesome and efficient experience.

Great Company
HaveALook were easy to work with. Their quotes are affordable and reasonable. It took them 2 weeks to completely design my website and when I had any changes or questions their support team quickly addressed them all. Highly recommend them to anyone considering making or updating their websites.
