I bought a mobile and put it in a Havells park, the rules came after I bought, and they are not followed by Park owner or owner of Park. She is now raised the out rentals for new people moving in and justify that they have done nothing so if you buy from Havills do not put it in one of their parks.

Mera Havells service ke saath bahut bura experience raha. Complaint karne ke baad bhi samay par koi solution nahi mila. Customer care se baar-baar baat karni padi, lekin problem ka theek se samadhan nahi hua. Service quality aur response time dono hi nirashajanak rahe. Company ko apni after-sales service sudharni chahiye."

Bahut bakwas service 2 mahine tk parts nhi aate 1 baar inko customer ka number pta chal jaye same number se phone nhi uthate

Very Worst customer service

Pathetic customer support.. complete sarkari attitude..need to explain my issue to 10 different people..still not resolved...Very poor...they should shut down and first open a Mochi shop to understand customer service..

Very worst service, after you buy product no one will help you for installation. Never by Havells products, you never get service after buy his products and calling to customer care. Also customer support team is uneducated people. They didn't even write your address spelling correctly, they written totally wrong address. Havells should cancel there customer service contract from Eleconsolution. Worst company.

Worst service ever... the product is in warranty no service provided for Water filter they ask for extra money around 2720 and even after calling them 15 times over call they convince you later nothing is been done about your problem... dont buy there product... I have decided not to buy any havells product here after... all are frauds. Don't waste your money on such worst product and services..
The service agent also fought big time. Thinking to go to consumer court.

I purchased this Havells oil heater about a year ago, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
Within the warranty period, I faced repeated oil leakage, which is extremely dangerous for a room heater and can cause a fire at any time. The first leakage was noticed on 28th December, and after contacting customer care, the heater was repaired. However, within just a couple of days, the same problem occurred again, clearly showing that the issue was not properly resolved.
I had to personally travel multiple times to a service centre located one hour away, which caused significant inconvenience. Later, I was informed that Havells actually provides a pick-up service, but this was never communicated initially.
Living in North India during peak winter, a room heater is an essential appliance, and not being able to use it due to repeated breakdowns was extremely frustrating. This kind of defect in a reputed brand like Havells raises serious safety and quality concerns.
Thankfully, the product was under warranty. But it makes me wonder—what would happen if this issue occurred after warranty expiry? The repair cost and safety risk would be unacceptable.
I expected much better quality and reliability from Havells. Buyers should be very cautious, as oil leakage in a heater is a major safety risk.

They dose not deserve 1 star I have purchased a rubbish ac from them which cost 80 thousand rupees now some problem are coming from starting now they are saying my ac coil is burnt I have made a complaint now it 16th day there is now support no call we are calling saying only one thing we have ordered yours parts form them and my ac in warrenty of 5 years very rubbish service i should prefer we should not buy any havells or lloyd ac

They never deserve even one star I have to purchase first July water cooler in a cooler have problem. The water throw outside swim is not working. I had to complain. Have support team they told me they provide me a technician within14 hour to 48 hour Today is 98 hour in my complain is completed but no one call me no one visit my door know any technician no one call me is nothing I have very very bad experience with the Havells I suggest please do not buy any product for Havells the service is zero

There products are good. But for me I prefer phillips. Had a bad experience while using havells.
