I accepted a quote to transport my van from Arizona to Indiana on March 27th via their web site. Waited a week and when I heard nothing I called them. They "forgot" to send me a link to sign a contract and pay their $150 commission. Paid April 4th. Got a text the same day saying my van had been picked up and would be delivered in 3-4 days. Funny, but it was still sitting in my driveway. TEN DAYS LATER they finally reach out to tell me they would start looking for a driver. By then we had already run out of time. We had to cancel our flights and drive the van back ourselves. It's a 4 day drive and cost us well over $600 in hotel stays, all because they couldn't do their job and stay in communication. Needless to say, we'll never use them again. The fact they never respond to any reviews tells you all you need to know - they shrug their shoulders and move on to the next innocent victim.

My guy Luis was on time, kept me in the loop the entire time and left me know when he would be arriving with my transport. Even tho he didn’t speak very good English, he messaged back and forth thru translation by messaging and it was no hassle at all. He was very kind and polite. You could tell watching him unload the transport that he is a very hard worker and knows his job well. He had it strapped down perfectly and tight. Also it was safe. I would hire these people again but I would definitely want to use Luis again. Very good price also. I was searching for not to expensive but not real cheap either so I found a perfect price which was Luis’s. Thank you so much!

They were great at communicating and did a wonderful job at delivering my Harley. No problems whatsoever!

Terrible employees, disgusting company. I do not recommend working with them — they have no respect for the people who pay them. I accidentally sent a photo of my daughter instead of my car, and their response was, 'We don't transport horses.'

Tried to book shipping a motorcycle thru this group. Paid $200. up front to book. This is one very lousy company to do business with. Stay away!!!!! Very poor communications. Showed up at the sellers house with a trailer not equipped to ship motorcycles. No wheel chocks, etc. Approved seller (very thankful) in not allowing the custom motorcycle to be handled by what he saw of their equipment. I called the HBT dispatcher, discussed, and he never called back. Called again today (6 days later) as my schedule for delivery has now been missed. Just more excuses to reschedule later. This company is a joke! Schedule with anyone else and better luck. Save your money and time.

Please do not work with this person you can end up without money and without car !! I do not recommend it

THEY WERE NEVER ABLE TO GET A DRIVER AS PROMISED AND WOULD NOT RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS OR EMAILS. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONES. THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY DEPOSIT. REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB.

ALL BS. Never picked it up, now stuck finding another company at a higher rate because of the now short time-line.

My vehicle never reached its destination due to a trailer breakdown, leaving me to retrieve it in a neighboring state, where I found it damaged. The carrier they partnered with, Ride-A-Transport, is operated by Gary Kickery, currently in jail. Consequently, their insurance refuses to engage, citing Gary's unavailability.

HB Transit's negligence is glaring. They failed to vet the company they contracted with, leaving me to foot the bill for damages. Although their representative Sam is friendly, the company's incompetence and lack of assistance was appalling. It's standard practice for brokers to handle insurance matters, making HB Transit's denial of responsibility all the more egregious.

HB Transit's lack of due diligence and incompetence in selecting a reliable partner is inexcusable. Their failure to fulfill basic obligations reflects poorly on their credibility and professionalism.

Above and beyond expectactions. Had a car with no keys and stuck in Park. Got it taken care off! Good Price and I will use them again for another long distance tow. Thank you Moses!

Not long time ago I required to move my car to another city, as I went by plane with my family. I understood that it would be much easier to drive to another city by car, but at the same time I understood that I didn't really want to drive for abour several days =)
So, I found this company due to my friend who often move cars by ships and using services of specialized companies and I listened to his advice. The experience was awesome, we contacted with the company's representatives, they explained me all the peculiarities and my car was delivered at the same day when I flew to the city.

Had a wonderful experience working with HB Transit and their capable team. Very professional, guided me meticulously through the entire transportation process. They helped me move two cars from Florida to NJ and back. Both of my cars were delivered on time. Sal and Iris went above and beyond and kept me rationalized with the whereabouts of my vehicles. Their response time is brilliant and they are always available to take your call and help. This was my first experience moving cars and it was a pleasing one. I certainly recommend the HB Transit for any transportation needs. This capable team will go above and beyond to help you and keep up with their commitments.
