Since day 1 everything has been a nightmare and after reading others reviews Its all looking similar! No one ever communicates via email, i assume so there's no paper trail.
Told lies and excuses, never call when they say they will.
All the staff are rude and useless. Completely fed up. Had the car 2 months and they still havent fixed the issues.
From what I've heard the owner is just as bad so pointless contacting him.
Just like so many others the engine management light came on within 2 minutes of me leaving with my car. Too much has happened since then for me to write here but I just wish I'd never stepped foot in there.

Travelled from Scoltand to pick the car up. Was told over the phone that the car would be serviced as i noticed hadn't been done sunce July 2020. When i arrived at the garage, the oil was very very low on the dipstick. The oil was topped up and i went on a test drive (wouldn't let me test drive on motorway for some reason)
All was good. Once car was purchased, i went on my way back to Scotland. Within about 30 minutes of me leaving the garge, the plastic that covers the drivers side fog light came off and smashed to pieces. The bumper was previously painted at my request and these covers were removed for painting to be carried out and was obviously incorrectly fitted after the paint job.
To make matters worse, i got home, switched the car off and the service due light came on.
I have highlighted the issues with the garage but have been completely ignored.
Word of advice to anyone buying a car from them...... get everything over email. I was lied to regarding the service status of the vehicle. I have complained to my finance company but because i was told verbally the car would be serviced, i don't have a leg to stand on legally. The fog light issue is now in finance companies hands and will hopefully get a resolve.
I would never buy a vehicle from here again.
Will be sticking local this time.

Purchased a ford Fiesta from them, Service was excellent, The Staff made the entire experience easy and stress free. The car was as described and a excellent price, would highly recommend

I wish I could give a worse rating than one star. This company should not be allowed to trade. Bought a car and the engine management light came on 15 minutes after purchasing. We were told they would fix this and an oil leak. They kept the car for nearly a week and neither was fixed. The car had to go back to them a week later and still they did not fix it. Asked to take the car back but was told they wouldn’t take it back and would fix it. They had the car more than we have. This car has been back to them 5 times and they just don’t want to know. 3 months on and they have been rude and the car is unusable. In fact I have no idea how it managed to pass an MOT. It does make you wonder about the validity of the business. Absolutely no customer service at all and have been totally rude. especially if buying a older car , there's so much I can say about my 12plate I bought from these people but it would take all night , I will say they use the excuse it's a old car alot to justifie the problems with the car because it's a older car , AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful service, not to be trusted. Requested a call back which I never got. Booked a test drive and on arrival they had no idea who I was. The car wasnt ready so I had to wait 40 while they cleaned it. Then when i wanted to speak to someone they all disappeared conveniently.
The car (which I ended up buying) was not as described! The back door didn't close easily it needed 3 or so attempts and the boot didn't stay open. I thought I could just fix them and it wasn't a big deal. Now however......the back door doesn't open from the inside, the drivers door doesn't open from the outside, back seats are welding in place so can't fold down, the whole stereo section has fallen in.....I could go on. Numerous faults which are costing a fortune. Had all of this been disclosed I would not have bought it! AVOID

bought a car from hearsall common car sales in December 2021. the engine management light came on as soon as I drove off with the car from garage. Had a dispute with the dealer for a month but the dealer refused to take the car back. Went to drop the car back to the dealer in 2 days after driving off from there. paid for fuel as well. Their manager ricky has abosultely no customer service what soever. he laughed and threatened me and at the end he did what he said which was they made me keep the car as they had already fixed it when I dropped it back. The car was shaking when i drove back to the dealer. this all happened within 2 days of buying the car. also went to halfords who told me that the car shouldn't be driven on motorway. This was again before i drove the carback to the dealer as the dealer said we don't go buy everything halford says. ZUTO AND THE DEALER BOUNCE OFF EACH OTHER so please don't ever buy a car from this dealer and specially not through Zuto. It WAS A NIGHTMARE spent my Christmas and new year in stress and without car and also out of money.
