Needing a new boiler, we got quotes and decided on Heat Central as the company is local to us and we feel it is important to use local businesses. The company installed the new boiler and associated pipework. The new pipework is much more efficient than the old small bore that was 45 years old. Scott and his team mate were very thorough doing the job which took 3 days in all, they arrived on time each day, moved furniture where necessary and were very tidy with the installation. They were just great and we are very satisfied with a job well done.

Scott replaced an old gas boiler with a new Worcester-Bosch. Everything was done with excellent professional efficiency. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent service. My old gas boiler was 22 years old and decided to die during the festive period. Scott responded to my enquiry (cry for help) straight away and installed a new boiler over the weekend and during his festive break from work. Toastie warm house and hot water is such a luxury when it is freezing outside. 100% recommend Scott for any boiler/gas work.

My boiler was condemned during a service with no feedback or help from the insurance company. Having found Heat Central on the internet I was visited by an engineer to assess the situation the same day (Thursday) and despite an incredibly busy schedule the engineer replaced the boiler on Saturday. Everything was explained, I was given choices throughout and I felt well informed at all stages of the process.

Scott was absolutely brilliant. From having problems at the weekend, we had a quote and a new boiler fitted by the Thursday. Wonderful job, all working perfectly and would recommend to anyone. Thankyou x

Fantastic service from Scott from start to finish. If I could give more stars I would. Replaced a 20+ year boiler with a new Worcester Bosch boiler in a small kitchen, arrived on time to quote and start work, was happy to explain the installation, how to use the thermostat and how other parts of boiler worked. Plus squeezed me in at a very busy time of year. Special mention as Scott was really considerate of a new pet brought home the day before installation and made sure the work caused as little stress as possible. Thank you Scott!

Scott was brilliant - fitted us a brand new boiler and also made sure all of the surrounding pipe work was up to scratch and improved on.
