We stayed in an apartment managed by this company in Shoreditch, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing from a management perspective by HelloGuest.

While the location of the property was the only positive, the condition of the apartment was far below what was advertised. On arrival, it was clear the property had not been properly prepared for guests. Cleanliness was a significant issue throughout, including an unusable bathroom with a heavily soiled shower curtain, dust-covered kitchen appliances, hairs in the bed, and a generally unclean and poorly maintained environment. The terrace was also dirty, and there were personal belongings and open food items left in the fridge and cupboards, which made the apartment feel cluttered and unprofessional. Additional issues included a broken TV , broken glass picture frames and no lock on the bathroom door.

We reported these concerns during our stay and followed up via multiple emails. Despite this, HelloGuest were unhelpful and did not take our concerns seriously. Communication was poor, and we did not feel our issues were acknowledged or addressed in any meaningful way, even though they actively requested feedback on our experience.

Overall, the standard of both the property and the response from HelloGuest was unacceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend booking a property managed by this company, as there appears to be a lack of attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest support.

We had an amazing weekend away at Veronica’s property in Nottingham. The house was really spacious and super clean, with all the amenities you need for the perfect weekend away. Thank you so much for hosting our stay!

Staying at Veronica's airbnb in Surrey was like a home away from home. Everything provided was nice, it was convenient! Located only 20 minutes or so from a a large mall, was only a 5 minute walk to the train station, only only about an hour or so from central. All in all the stay was lovely, me and my girlfriend had a blast staying there and hope to do so again!

Low Catton Walled Garden Stay

We had a lovely stay at the cottage, on arrival it was very clean, well equipped and dog friendly. The accommodation was as advertised and very welcoming.
The grounds and where the cottage is situated is beautiful, immaculate and everyone is very friendly. There are plenty of walks just a few minutes away from the accommodation which are ideal dog walks. We have two spaniels who were extremely safe/secure in the garden and enjoyed running around the grounds. All amenities were easy/accessible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and have already booked again

We really enjoyed staying at Veronica's property in Surrey. It was great value, very stylish and comfortable, very secure, wity off road secure parking. The kitchen had everything you could need and the beds were very comfy. Ideal for resting after busy days at nearby Thorpe Park!

We had a lovely few days at Veronica's place in Tring. So convenient to all the shops and restaurants, such a beautiful little village. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, parking out the back was very handy too. Would strongly recommend.

We stayed here for two nights during the marathon weekend in Brighton and overall had a good experience.
The location is excellent — just a short five-minute walk to the beach and close to plenty of amenities, which made it really convenient for our stay.
We did encounter a small issue at check-in, but the host responded quickly and dealt with it promptly, which we really appreciated.
Once resolved, the rest of our stay was comfortable and as expected.
Thank you for a pleasant stay — we would happily stay here again if we return to Brighton.

The house was amazing, clean with a big screen that has a netflix account on it. Alot of board games, a coffee machine, and a toaster! I don't think there is anything else you need really.

This is a very beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and really comfortable. It is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by parks, gardens, and playgrounds for children. There are several supermarkets nearby, and it is relatively close to the metro, which makes getting around very easy.

The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our time here.

We had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s property. The location was perfect and the communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay at any of Veronica’s places in the future.

We had a great stay in Southport. Great house that felt like home. Great location in a quiet location but still only a few minutes drive to the coast and town centre. Highly recommend a visit.

We had a lovely weekend with the dog. What a great location with a comfortable home. Car park right behind the property but you can load up quickly if you park opposite the home.

Place was wonderful and clean and comfortable with everything you could need.

I would highly recommend booking this. We drove to all the surrounding areas and at this time of year all beaches with dog friendly.

also Lea ist eine sehr schlechte Gastgeberin.
Nach einem Fehler von uns bei der Angabe der Personen Anzahl hat sie uns Stoniert.
Wir haben sofort eine neue Anfrage mit richtiger Personen Anzahl geschickt.
Obwoh wir versucht haben nach 10 min den Fehler zu korrigieren wollte sie das wir Stonieren damit die den kompletten Betrag behalten kann .
Nach dem ich gesagt haben das ich dann alleine kommt zu der Unterkunft wie gebucht hat sie dann selber Stoniert.
Sie ist eine Lügnerin.
Nicht vertrauen.

Beautiful location, large comfortable space, responsive host, highly recommended

Very lovely home in a beautiful spot. We visited all the near by nature which was amazing and also the big cities, Manchester etc which were very doable with a car. Parking was challenging at first but then we realized that there was a close by free car park which resolved everything (check Parkopedia). Had a lovely stay.
