I stayed for an extended period at Hello Guest House in December 2025 and it was brilliant. It’s my first time staying in a guest house or anywhere else hotels etc.. as usually I stayed at my parents property. I was rather sceptical as didn’t know it would pan out. I was pleasantly surprised.
The room was very clean; every two days change in bed linen and thorough clean, breakfast though limited in choices, wasn’t too big issue! We were served homemade choices and papaya marmalade

We were served homemade choices and papaya marmalade which was simply delicious. The staffs, most of them were great and Kajol the Manager was an amazing lady, very approachable and friendly.
The owners were very accommodating and friendly too.
Location was great, easy access to buses, metro and taxis. Shops and markets within walking distances.
I would highly recommend Hello Guest House, safe, clean and great access to public transport to everywhere and importantly the lovely staffs and owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Veronica’s property, it was cosy and clean and felt like home from home. She was very good with communication, friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic with great connections to London via public transport or road. The local high street was a short 5 minute walk and had plenty for our family with a park, pubs, restaurants and shops. We hope to return soon.

Great host with a real hidden gem, such a lovely private spot and we will definitely return!

Just home from a wonderful couple of nights over New Year at The Garden House, a beautiful cottage on the outskirts of York. The property was very clean and had everything we could need and is in a lovely little village. It was exactly what we were looking for and we’ll definitely be back.

Highly recommend the Garden Cottage in Low Catton, we had a very relaxing stay. The cottage was well equipped, with a beautiful lounge and open plan kitchen area. The garden was lovely and secure for our dog, which was much appreciated. Importantly for us, the cottage was private and there were multiple great walks on the doorstep. The local pub was great and had a good selection of food. We would definitely visit again :)

We had a great stay in London near Tower Bridge. The contact was fast and friendly, everthing went well.

I stayed at one of Veronica’s properties in Mayfair. Everything was as it was noted in the advertisement. Overall a great experience.

We had a great stay over Christmas at Veronica's place in Winchester. It is a beautifully designed and decorated house with all the amenities you could need. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and tea and coffee was provided. The underfloor heating was very good and the house was warm on the coolest days.

Communication before our trip was very good and it was very easy to check in. The parking space was very handy but we were so close to the centre of town we could walk everywhere.

We will definitely stay here again.

Whenever I search for London AirBnB's I often find I've zeroed in on one of Veronica's properties. They tend to have more charm and character than a lot of places in the city and they're professionally managed.

Stayed in one of Veronica’s properties in Winchester, which we chose to be close to the Cathedral and Christmas Markets.

The townhouse was immaculately presented and well equipped with all home comforts. A great stay and a very responsive host. Thank you Veronica and helloguest.

Great location and communication

This house is perfectly located, quite road yet close to a fab beach, a great pub, lovely cafe, convenient shop and access to the coast road with ease. Great large wrap around garden! Perfect for pets or children. Spacious kitchen diner with everything you need for family meals! Great bedrooms complete with en-suites and a family bathroom to boot! Everything you need to enjoy a great break by the coast in comfort

I loved it!! The house is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped!!! I recommend it!!!

La casa es muy bonita, comida y de fácil acceso. A unos metros están las paradas de bus que en 25 minutos te dejan en el centro o unos 12-14 libras en taxi. Veronica es muy gentil y está siempre al pendiente. Es un área tranquila ideal para descansar. Sin duda volvería.

We had a lovely stay at one of Veronica’s properties. The house was comfortable, spacious, and in a great location for both Newcastle and nearby market towns. Everything was clean and well presented, and the beds and shower were excellent. Veronica was a fantastic host — friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. We would happily book with her again.
