Alternative to Mainstream Wellness
I really appreciated the story Heinz shared about why he started Plentiful—his personal approach and clear mission make it feel completely different from wellness brands like Poosh, Goop, or Calm. It’s not just another trend-driven platform; it feels grounded, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. I love that Plentiful offers virtual, in-person, and downloadable coaching and resources. That flexibility makes it easy to fit into real life, whether you’re in a busy season or looking to slow down.
As someone with a sweet tooth and a history of binge eating, I started with the Savor & Nourish: A Mindful Eating Journey. It turns out you don’t have to “earn” your food every day! That message really stayed with me and helped me reset the way I talk to myself about eating. Next, I tried an Art Therapy session. I had always been curious about art therapy (I blame General Hospital for planting the seed), and the experience helped me tap into emotions I didn’t realize I was still holding onto.
What I appreciate most is that Plentiful’s coaches, or Practitioners, as they call them, aren’t pushy with promises. They don’t sell transformation as a quick fix. Instead, they offer tools that help you explore who you are and how that understanding can enhance your everyday life.
