Wonderful condition plants; all healthy and growing well.
The best protective packaging for plants that I have ever experienced. Plants arrived in excellent condition and really fast too. Just ready to plant out.
Good communication about delivery date.

herbs all arrived well packed, grown in the containers and not replanted at point of sale to make them look bigger. Very good selection from which to choose and expert advice when any query arose.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered some herbs from this company, which unfortunately did not arrive due to courier service failure. But I can't fault Herbal Havens . Lorraine who, once advised that my herbs hadn't been delivered did her best to resolve it and chased the delivery company ++. When the herbs still failed to arrive a full refund was issued with the promise of advice on reviving any survivors should the plants ever turn up. Thank you.
