Just love this brand! My go to products are the pink cloud cleanser, rose mist, bakuchiol, and lapis oil. Anytime I've been unhappy with a product, they tell me to keep it and they refund the amount. That's good business for retaining happy customers. I do have a few items I don't like, but again, they are great about customer service so it hasn't bothered me. The ones I'm referring to are the pink cloud moisturizer (it has an odd smell) and the under eye serum, which I got for my daughter but it irritated her eyes. Oh, and my new obsession is their moon fruit cream. It's such a cool purple color and I slather it on at night for extra moisture occasionally. Feels very luxurious and I wake up with deeply moisturized skin. I'm so happy I discovered this brand! Oh and PS everything is vegan too!!

I ordered the newly MOON FRUIT 1% Bakuchiol + Peptides Retinol Alternative Serum along with the MOON DEW 1% Bakuchiol + Peptides Retinol Alternative Firming Eye Cream during the Black Friday sale. Once it arrived I was shocked to see that what I ordered wasn’t in the package. I had received a totally different product & there were 2 of them in my package. So I went on the website to see how to contact them & you’re able to send them a message through the website or via email. There is no phone number listed which kinda frightened me. I was afraid they were located in another country. I Googled where the company was located & Seattle, Washington popped up. I was relieved to say the least. It took several days for them to email me back but I sent them a picture of the two items received along with the email I received from them showing what I purchased & the order number. They apologized, sent me what I originally ordered within 2 days via FedEx, & allowed me to keep the two items they mistakenly sent me.

The Moon Fruit makes my skin feel so soft the following morning & the Moon Dew does as well except under my eyes. I’m really loving this duo series. I wish they would put them in a package together for a better price for those who want to purchase both of them. They are quite expensive, Moon Fruit Serum $60 & Moon Dew Firming Eye Cream $48. Or, have some sort of Rewards Program where you can receive a discount on an item/items of your choice.

If you’re looking for a retinol alternative I would highly suggest giving this duo a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Started ordering from Herbivore after receiving some samples from Sephora. I ordered all their facial oils in mini sizes to try them out. Also ordered gift set which included serums, moisturizer and oils. I’m hooked. These products are AMAZING. They apply well, are barely scented and deliver on their promises. I placed three separate orders and all arrived in a reasonable amount of time and packaged well. Going to continue purchasing these products. They make my skin glow and never an adverse reaction.

The products are lovely but in case of delivery and client support they do not offer a good service. I have booked a 2 day shipping which is already delayed and got in contact with them via different channels to cancel the order. No reply and no reaction- other companies handle those issues better!

I’ve just finished using this for three months or so whilst i had a knee problem related to a sports injury. I really noticed it helped me sleep better and i found good substitute for using anti inflammatories all the time.

This is based merely on one experience and one product. Bachuiol serum- it’s the purple one as I am in no way sure that I’m spelling it right. The product is pretty nice. I had to stop using it because my skin is THAT sensitive but I’m sure it would be fine for most. It sinks in well and is slightly cooling, which is nice. Only issue is their trial was done on women 21-35 (?) So it doesn’t work if you’re 40? Isn’t that the audience for a retinol-alternative? When I tried contacting them twice (email and Insta), they never responded. I merely wanted to know if it wasn’t worth the $ on more mature skin. Anyway, no response so no more patronage.

What can I say apart from absolutely amazing; very fast delivery, nicely packaged and the products are just so wonderful & effective too. Especially the face oils are wonderful, and go a long way. 5 stars +++++
