Great customer service

Great location..... Convenient. Computer check-in was smooth and efficient. Car was not ready; no inspection done or car prepped or washed. Agent was slow and disengaged and unenthusiastic. Car had half a tank of gas; agent said this was a company budget issue since there were no gas stations nearby. Office was colorless and drab. We're not going back to this Hertz center again. Not positive all around.

The staff is always professional, courteous and helpful.

The location is close to my home for 1. Even though the location be packed and low in stock, the staff customer service is good.
And they will do their best to help we if they can.

I used the 202 Courtland St. office in downtown Atlanta for the first time and was very pleased. I got a great rate and the car I selected. The vehicle was in perfect shape and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. Thank you.

The reason I did not give a 5 is because this location has a dirty presence. Dust. Unclean. Drab- interior.

The folks located at 202 Courtland are great. They provide the best customer service which keeps me coming back to that location.

I appreciated the fact that my vehicle was upgraded when my requested vehicle wasn't available.

I showed up for my rental. The location had no vehicles available. They told me they didn’t know when they would have one. I sat in the lobby for a half hour. The desk agent was calling all the customers to let them know that they didn’t have any vehicles. Another person came in. They told her they didn’t have her vehicle, but they could give her a minivan. They gave it to her in front of me while telling me they had no vehicles at all. I was then told the manager approved an upgrade and they gave me a vehicle. They did not go over the contract or how much fuel was in the vehicle. At the end of the day, I filled up the tank as I always do. Upon returning the vehicle, I noticed the contract notated that I was only responsible for 30% fuel because that is all that was in the tank. It was probably one of my worst experiences with Hertz.

First time using the Courtland street location. The service was prompt overall and seamless. I was able to be in and out for pickup within 15 to 20 minutes. The return was very simple as well — simply parked in the designated space and handed the car rental representative the keys. Got my invoice shortly after.

I always find cars available when I book atleast 24 hours advance.

On June 14, I reserved and PAID for a 12 passenger van. I received a phone call from Hertz at 4:45 pm on June 26, the night before my 9 am pick-up, that the van had been sold and there were no other 12 passenger vans available. The representative didn't offer any solutions. I had to beg/demand that we be provided with 2 vehicles for the price I'd already paid for the van and even that couldn't be guaranteed to me until 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up, which was very stressful to not know if I would have the vehicle I needed the next morning. While this solution worked, it was far from ideal as this was a Girl Scout trip (meaning nearly all the passengers were too young to drive, that we'd used the troop's cookie money to pay for it and didn't have more to spend, that little girls had been planning and looking forward to this trip and I didn't know if we'd have the means to get there). Thankfully, there was another adult willing to drive, but it made parking, gas, logistics more confusing and expensive. It was so unprofessional and inconsiderate on the part of Hertz to not provide the van I had already paid for, especially if there wasn't another vehicle that could accommodate as many people. I will never use Hertz again and will be making sure everyone I know hears what happened.
