The Jeep I rented was not that clean in the inside

The staff left the key for me when my flight was delayed and it was outside of their working hours

Desk agent was very helpful and process from start to finish was smooth.

Hertz is all around incredibly difficult to work with. I tried to change my rental drop off location for over an hour and they literally let the phone ring nonstop. I am a presidents circle and gold member, and when I picked up my car, i was told to go to the back of the line

As a regular renter at this location, the staff at BGR are friendly and accommodating. They recognize their premium customers with upgrades and support. Cars are clean and well maintained. Always my first choice returning to Bangor.

Reserving a car online was easy. The representative at Bangor Airport was quick and friendly at pick up and return. The car was clean.

Easy pick up and drop off at airport. Mini Van was picked up just outside bag claim. Very convenient!

The customer service clerk who issued my vehicle helped me when I accidently cancelled my reservations when I was trying to adjust my pickup time to earlier in the day. When I changed the pickup time, it jumped the price up from ~$789 to ~$2000. She helped me get the rate corrected. Although I was not able to get the car I had reserved (Maxima), the replacement we liked better (Nissan Kick).

The attendant stayed late to get us a car.
