I picked up a car that had a terrible…
I picked up a car that had a terrible odor and had a dent on left rear and no one was around to witness when I returned car in Ohare airport. So they say it is my fault and I contest it.

Unpleasant at best
The first person that I spoke with was not pleasant at all. In fact my experiences with Hertz have become less enjoyable over the last few years.
But this location and the person that opened the facility was not very nice.

The car was very good
The car was very good. The service was good. The only issue was the hours the counter was open. 10:00 am to 4 pm is not great for customers traveling on a weekend,
