I did not get the vehicle that I had four days prior to my pickup date. Then, 100 minutes later, I was finally given the choice of a Nissan Sentra or a minivan. Minivan it is. Then, I was given one price and once I returned the vehicle, i was billed 15.00 more than the original price. I was also asked, did you put the gas back into the vehicle, where it was? My reply, it's over the amount of the original amount of gas. Also, the speedometer mileage on my receipt and the speedometer amount before my leaving Hertz was a 55 mile difference. I took pictures and video before pulling from oot of the driveway. No one smiles and there is too much attitude going on in the 1554 Stillwell Avenue, Bronx NY, Hertz. I only went there because it's not too far from where I live. I was always taught that if you di not have anything nice to say, say nothing at all. I'm only doing this review because I have been sent seven, how did we do surveys.

I reserved a midsized SUV, got there at my designated pick up time, waited on line for over 1/2 hour to then be told there was only 1 vehicle left in shop and it was a 7 passenger mini van. I asked what about my reservation was advised Corp website doesn't know what their location has in stock so, I could take it or leave it because there were 5 people on line behind me that would take it if I didn't. The customer service was terrible, and they acted like it was an inconvenience that late in the afternoon to deal with me. I had no choice but to take the vehicle. The car was given to me clean and sprayed with so much heavy fragrance to mask the stale cigarette smell that was apparent once the air freshener wore off and 1 day into my 3 day reservation, low tire pressure alerts went off that I had to stop and fill all the tires with air. Will never reserve with them again.

It was my first time using Hertz service and it was a great experience. I will recommend this service to many friends

Took longer than expected to get my vehicle and there was only 1 customer there besides me and there is no place to sit..I signed up for gold membership pary so I wouldn't have to wait as I have bad knees and i cant stand for longer than 10 minutes.The gas was NOT full and I have been charged for tolls AGAIN when I paid cash and used MY OWN ez pass...I made sure the pass in vehicle was CLOSED and yet this is second time I'm being charged WHEN I ALREADY PAID

The tremendous help quality assurance & overall customer appreciation that Hertz give is one of a kind. “Italy Auto Repair” for the win on their investment with Hertz rental car company for my travel meeting. If they had airline service, I would pretty much sure to take them.

I’ve been visiting this particular location for over two years now and this was my best experience so far I was finally upgraded to a better vehicle again this is my first upgrade in the two years that I’ve been visiting this location and I’ve been a president circle member since 2024

The staff was very helpful and professional. The office was clean and everyone was helped immediately.
