You didn’t have the car I reserved. You only had two sedans. I reserved an SUV. What the hell? What was the point of my reservation?!? Get your shit together, Hertz. What if two people showed up before me and took the only two cars in stock?? Then you wouldn’t have even had a car for me. Never again.

Awful smoke smell!!
The car was good but it's reeked of smoke. I should've returned it before I even checked it out so I just can't believe how bad the smell was and it never got better over the week even if I aired it out I was not impressed. but all the people there were good and it was easy to check in and drop off.

President's Club pick up line had no…
President's Club pick up line had no cars of the size I reserved. All compacts or sub compacts. I had to go to the office to get a car. So, that PC benefit has now worked for me in the past six rentals. I did get a nice car from the office for this trip.
