This location generally excels at their service, miles above other locations like N La Cienega N. I really appreciate the prompt, courteous service.
The employees guest service was top notch. I can recognize it, for this is what I do.
They did not have the reserved car. They only had big SUV's which I did not want. Why do they let me reserve a car they do not have??

I made my reservation
I made my reservation, I got my pick up time settled, and when I arrived everything was ready for me. They took me out to the car, we did a walk around, they showed me what I needed to know about the car operation, handed me the key and I was on my way in 10 minutes.
