I am writing to update you on a critical safety issue with my Hertz rental that completely disrupted my work over the past 4–5 days. Shortly into my drive, the car began pulling sideways, wobbling badly, and displaying a "Maintenance Required" warning. Despite visiting multiple Hertz locations and calling customer support, I was refused a replacement, dismissed by phone agents, and forced to drive an unsafe car all the way back to the original drop-off site due to strict contract terms. The extreme stress, safety concerns, and exhaustion from dealing with this unusable vehicle left me completely unable to work for nearly a week. again
