Hertz Customer Service is nonexistent!
Hertz Customer Service has gone the way of the Dodo bird. I have been a very long time customer of hertz and reached the top tiers of their “loyalty program” and they have basically ended any idea of good customer service to their members. It took me forever to schedule a rental car; I waited in lines when I went to pick up; their “President’s Circle” benefit is becoming more rare and harder to find; the representatives you talk to don’t care about anyone that walks in the door and are harder to find or to force them off their phones; and they steal your points when you are away for long periods of time and not able to use them because hertz does not operate in the country you are in. Hertz does not care about the military or any other patriotic organization in the U.S. and operates more like a money grubbing foreign company trying to nickel and dime with ridiculous hidden fees after the rental is complete. This will be the last time I ever use this now terrible company.
