Manager and staff are very nice, friendly and professional.

The employee that took care of my reservation once I got to the store was very helpful very pleasant and also knowledgeable. She always seemed to help me and give me all the information that I needed.

This is my go to location of Hertz whenever I need to rent a car. Their cars are in great condition, clean and their service is always cordial and efficient. The people behind the counter are familiar faces and also always remember me.

Every time I come to this Hertz, I am met with kind empathetic people.

pickup and return process was a nightmare! i returned the car in perfect condition and the agent said they could not confirm for me either way if the car was returned with no damage. desk agent at return was rude and arrogant. dealing with them was a nightmare and terrible customer service experience! I returned the car in perfect shape and just wanted confirmation that the car was returned with no damage and return agent was rude, arrogant, totally unhelpful and said he had no idea if the car was returned with no damage or not. Really???

The process and people at the desk were outstanding. Upon return, I did not have time to stop for fuel and knew that was was about to pay almost double for Hertz to fuel it, but that would have to be on. When the final receipt came to me at $12 DOLLARS/GALLON I absolutely choked. That’s absurd and you’ve lost my business forever.

Tim and Scott were great. They were extremely helpful and offered me some cost saving recommendations.
