Hertz - Corneilius - Statesville Road Opiniões 

Booked a car at this location drove 45 min to pick it up. When I got there I was informed they had no cars. This was 2pm. Was unable to get a car until 9am the next day. When I got in the car it smelled of weed

It was not good. The vehicle was dirty inside and the staff was not helpful or accommodating at all

Staff never listens to anything. Billed me out 2x on the wrong card after requesting close out. Told them multiple times. Tried charging me $300 for fuel when the tank was full, she said "I read the wrong gauge" and never apologized. Tried charging me a late turn-in because of a glitch on your end when I was showing them my app and email in their face. Always terrible attitudes. One employee just leaves the desk and walks to the back the moment there is ever an issue. Constantly a line of people complaining or looking for refunds on false charges. Cars are always dirty when picking up, I return my cars cleaner then they're given to me.

Atrocious experiences from 2 terrible front desk workers who are incompetent, uncaring, and always trying to screw you. This experience AND MANY BEFORE IT is why we switched to Budget and did not renew.

They failed to have the car that I reserved

They did not work very hard correcting their mistake and ultimately gave me a much smaller car

They literally upcharged for a smaller vehicle compared to the reservation rate that I had.

The people on site were rude and obnoxious. They tried to make it my fault that the reservation wasn't ready and made it clear that they couldn't care less how much they had inconvenience me

Finally, I've brought all this to hertz's attention and no one has followed up for addressed the overcharges.

Staff at our local Hertz has always been efficient and friendly. We requested a full size sedan and received a Camry hybrid. We could not believe how little fuel it used. Stretched our vacation budget out significantly. Thanks!

Overcharged. Bad customer service.

I reserved a large car but when I showed up I was told you didn’t have large cars and I could pay $15.00 per day more for a small SUV or they would cancel the reservation. I was also told I could not get a large SUV as my reservation was “taking away from other people?” Not sure what this means.
One one walked around the car and took pictures so I did it myself before I took the small SUV and after dropping the small SUV off at the same location.

While driving the small SUV the entire front end shook like it needs a tire rotation and an alignment.
I tried to reach out to support but you only respond with text messages. I informed support via text I was driving multiple times asking for a phone call and finally got an 800 number. I told the AI assistant multiple times why wi was calling and wanted to speak to a real person…. After 16+ minutes on hold I hung up…
