Slow responses
Slow responses, not refunding me for a partial amount of the overall expense I incurred as a result of bad tires. I got two flats, had to pay $1.2K to get the car towed and put on new tires. I gave up on the tire costs and tried to recuperate the expenses for towing at least. Hertz customer service said they can't validate this happened, so i sent pictures of the car being towed, the receipt, and the credit card charge hitting my account. I haven't heard back for 14 days and counting.

All-around poor experience
Paid for a vehicle class i could not get even though it was confirmed and reserved well in advance. Vehicle condition was questionable at best. Customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. Next time I need a car rental or someone asks, I'll recommend any other company.

The service was not great
The service was not great. There was no walk through or explanation of the car. The car smelled like smoke and had a used cigar in it. I took it back and ended my rental services the following day.

Car was dirty inside and had a bad smell of sweat and cigarettes. The car was dated with basic features when paid high price for rent.

Won’t be back to this location
Already filled out a review. Unable to modify the reservation. Service was delayed and slow. Car was wet but not actually clean.

The car had a cracked (chipped) windshield before I was handed the keys. The sales associate told me that there were no other vehicles that I could use.
With a pre- booked weekly rental appointment scheduled weeks in advance, I thought this was a missteps of behalf or Hertz.
Other than that the car rental experience was fine.
