I am writing this review for a very important person
I am writing this review for a significant other because she will not do it. She has been and now and will always be a national rental. This is a person who utilizes rental cars continuously. Hertz would be a more accommodating option based on locations, however her first time using not so great, actually a pain in the ass. First rental has a cracked windshield, noted at time of rental, pictures taken at time of rental. She is now responsible for wasting her time to try and upload a file to take care of this. Trust me if I have to hear about it and deal with it, it’s not worth the change. 4 years with national no complaints other than I wish they had a few more locations. Hertz one time what a mistake. Also they take pictures for you that you cannot download for your company to utilize. Only reason i gave them two stars was location would have been ideal however want be back.

While a car was not ready at my time of pick-up, the agent secured a comparable car in a higher class. They were honest about how busy they were that day and the car I drove away with exceeded my expectations.

Friendly staff. Quick pick up as well as Drop off. Vehicle as per booking. Overall a pretty good experience.
