Fantastic in all ways

The vehicle wasn't clean, trash, empty drink bottle, wasn't vacuumed, very dirty, and why should a Gold Member need to clean a vehicle!!! No Car Seat installed... I had to go back to the office to obtain a car seat and install it myself. The Dulles Airport Hertz rental facility was very disappointing in how a Gold Member was treated and the vehicle provided.

The car I requested was not available, the second time this has happened. But the car I did get was adequate. Pick up and return were very easy, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The easy of renting the vehicle was so helpful. Also, I was able to experience driving a jeep wrangler for the first time. Enjoyed experiencing the jeep wrangler with the top open. Overall it was a great experience.

Late charge notification; chats disconnected; facts ignored. no return calls; no follow up from chat request.

Clean car, convenient pickup & dropoff

I arrived after hours, my name was listed on the board, and I easily found my vehicle. However, it was difficult to find the exit quickly as it appears the site was under construction.

The Dulles airport location was outstanding! Plenty of cars to choose from, no issues with picking up my car or returning it.

Nothing beats a fast, seamless checkout when renting a vehicle. The process was smooth and easy and the price was reasonable

Very good experience.

Chevy CarPlay doesn't work. Each time I've rented a car from Hertz and picked a Chevy, the CarPlay doesn't work. This is a big deal when trying to get driving directions to rarely vistied location. CarPlay works fine on VWs, Kias, etc, but Chevy, each and every time I've rented a new one it doesn't work. Probably an issue more with Chevy than Hertz.

I arrived off of my red eye for my 130am pickup to find the presidents circle isle only had 3 suv’s (tier of car I rented). the largest SUV was parked in the isle with no key, and the other two were both filthy inside and had trash, along with both not having a full gas tank. The rest of the isle was just nissan altima’s. luckily I had the check out assistant modify the default setting in their system which should have reflected my rental leaving with a full tank, therefore being charged for gas I didn’t use. Very frustrating that a presidents circle member to have such little options that meet my expectations for what the class of car I reserved upon pickup at this late hour

All in all was very good… however I am disappointed that a bag I left in the car has not been located to retrieve dispute letting HERTZ know right after I dropped it off and was sitting at the airport. I did not have time to go back to the rental facility before taking off.

I have been using Hertz for 20 years. I am very happy with the prices, cars, and staff.

I am Member and have been for years. I consistently reserve small or mis size SUVs at Dulles Airport-IAD.
My last reservation was done as usual-and they donot alow usage of Points. I confirmed two days before and arrived at the lot at the usual time. THERE WERE NO SUZ's ANYWHERE.! I walked all over the place until I found one in the reserved area and took it. It really was not all that clean. The mirrors were almost not usable . Then of course it took 20 minutes at the exit booth to change my information-but not my rate, of course. A very disappointing experience

Clamming we had damage from there AI cameras. I have researched this problem with these AI cameras.
Many people are not renting from Hertz now. I will never rent from Hertz again. Been renting from them for 30 years.
