Nashville’s airport didn’t have my selected reservation type of car. I was given a specific lot number with whatever car was there. The attendant at the gate was incredibly rude and kept arguing that I was taking a car that wasn’t what I rented and treated me as if I’ve never rented a car before, or as if I was stupid or taking a car better than what I paid for. To make matters worse, the car did not drive smoothly at all, and kept giving alerts which were distracting while driving, to indicate functions that were not functioning properly in that car. Upon return, I waited for over 15 minutes by the car so I can tell the attendant about the car’s issues and there was ONE available human in the entire full lot. I could not be more dissatisfied than I was about a car rental. Will not use Hertz again!

Easy drop off and reservations. I was treated like a VIP in Nashville!!

Great experience at the Gold counter at Nashville Airport. Would rent from again any day.

The absolute worst. I booked a reservation with a debit card. DO NOT book with a debit card. While I was charged and did receive reservation confirmation a few days later I got a text asking me to check in. To check in I had to provide a credit card. I called, was told because I booked with a debit card there would be no car for me even though I already paid. Then when I asked for a refund I was told it would be a $75 charge and then a few minutes later was told it would be a $90 charge. Totally shady. Never again would I use this service. All rental cars in the area were sold out so I had to book a flight to get home to my child. While still not being refunded for the original reservation.
