I did not get the car that I originally…
I did not get the car that I originally ordered. When I arrived for pick-up, the car they tried to give me was completely dirty. The employee then had to drive to another Hertz location to get a different car, which forced us to wait for more than 45 minutes. The customer service and overall efficiency were terrible.
