I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Hertz Jones Road location, and it is entirely thanks to the incredible manager, Danielle.
From the second I walked in, Danielle went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle rental was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. She coordinates everything beautifully, maintains an incredibly clean and reliable fleet, and treats her customers with true professionalism and kindness.
Car rentals can often be a headache, but Danielle manages this site like a pro. The level of customer care she provides is rare these days, and she truly sets the gold standard for what great service looks like. If you need a rental in the Houston / Jersey Village area, skip the lines elsewhere and come straight here.

Service was courteous
Service was courteous, vehicle was ready and clean. Cabin air filter needs changed. It had a funny smell when starting up. I attempted to return early but was informed price 2as based on the week and would have been the same either way, so I decided to keep for the remainder of the week. Also, I had left as pad in the back seat when returning and was given a call about it. Thank you!
