I made and paid for my reservation 2 weeks ahead of my trip. I reserved a full size truck, but the morning of picking up the truck I received a called stating that they didn't have a truck for me. After a few phone call and trying to figure something out. They finally called and said the best they have is a jeep. It's a holiday weekend and I was very disappointed at Hertz.

It's easy to miss the location driving by.
The workers are nice and the vehicle was good. The gas reserve is the only upgraded service I recommend. There could be better signage from the street, it's easy to pass it by but otherwise fine. I would use this location again.
