This rental experience was quite…
This rental experience was quite subpar. The staff member that helped us was robotic in her responses and was no better than an automated machine when I had questions.They made a huge deal about me leaving my vehicle on the property while I had one of your rentals. In fact initially told me to park at a different business up the road. The car itself wasn’t clean when we received it. They just sprayed it with water. I found trash from a previous renter in the glovebox. I’ll probably refrain from renting from this location again

Hertz is the Best!
I have had rental vehicles from other car rental companies but I must say Hertz is the best! My rental was clean, they pay attention to detail! That is important to me. I have had rental cars from other companies and my rental would be dirty, cupholders with dried sticky stuff and this has happened more than once.
Hertz employees are very helpful and pleasant, making it a great experience and I felt like they appreciated my business. I will only be using Hertz for my car rental needs from now on.

The Family we have spent months building has come full circle! I will never unless out of state go to another Hertz shop unless it's the Richmond Rd Lexington, KY location! This location deserves raises and extra perks given to its employees as they are constantly going above and beyond for our family and customers!
