Minor annoyance with the vehicle but great service
The liftgate on the vehicle we rented kept opening up on its own. Fortunately, this only happened when stopping before locking the vehicle. Other than that, it was great. The service was very good. The employees at the HERTZ office were polite, friendly, and professional. I will be renting from HERTZ again.

Josh does an excellent job in far exceeding our expectations in making us feel valued. Take for an example, our vehicle is ready upon arrival (there's no waiting). He greets my wife and I as soon as we enter. He explains how the car operates,whether it's a hybrid or gas vehicle.
