All things went smoothly. They upgraded my vehicle, for free. Price WAS as ADVERTISED. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

It was a good customer service and very easy process to complete the rental and return.

Location was not great. The representative that helped us at the counter was AWESOME! He is a priceless ASSET to your company! Unfortunately, the location did not have the make/model that we had reserved. We were told that their inventory was low & we had only 2 cars to choose from. The one that we accepted turned out to be quite disappointing. It made for a VERY long & uncomfortable vacation. :o(

The reps and the experience were wonderful each time. We rented multiple vehicles for two weekend in a row. We will definitely use them in the future.

People were wonderful. Took us about 45 minutes to check out due to equipment issues. When we returned the vehicle we found out there was a $15 a day charge for an extra driver. We were not told that when we listed the second driver at the start.

The guys there are great! I have used this location a couple of times for travel for work, and they are always fast and awesome. Thank you for such a great experience each time.

My experience is always AMAZING at this location. Hertz needs to make Drake a district or area manager so he can spread this level of greatness to all of hertz. His team is one of the best in customer service ive ever dealt with over any industry. Huge shout out to the boys kicking butt over there: Michael, John, Al, Randy & Drake always go above and beyond to make sure im taken care of. True MVPs

Pick up was easy and quick. Midsize SUV was a pleasure to drive for the week. Drop off took a little longer than expected but was okay.
