Great cars, easy, fast, and convenient

Fantastic car. the genesis was a great rental for my week in Oklahoma.

Ease of walking to my car and dropping off no wait

It was very easy to pick up my vehicle and get on the road. There were only two vehicles to choose from and both were SUVs. I generally prefer a midsize vehicle, but in the end found the SUV that I chose to be useful, comfortable, and economical.

I have been using hertz for every work trip but this vehicle was quite dangerous. It rained the entire week and the vehicle windshield had no rain guard on it, and the windshield wipers were so bad that it was easier to see without even turning them on. I would suggest replacing windshield wipers and adding rains to the windshield wiper fluid if you’re going to issue that truck out to anyone else.

As a Gold member, passing the line and going straight my rental vehicle is top tier. Hertz is the only way to Rent a Car!!!

It was easy, simple, and fast rental.

For some reason even though we are Gold members we ALWAYS have to wait on line instead of going directly to a car. Never at other airports.

Arrived at the OKC airport location around noon and there we zero cars in presidents circle. Luckily there were two cars in the gold area so i was able to get in one of those. As i sat there setting up the car I did mot see any more cars come into the parking areas. The other gold car was taken and then there was nothing as other renters appeared. Later that day my car started having electrical issues so I tried to contact the airport location to exchange the car. No answer there so i contacted roadside assistance. This is the only reason I am giving any stars at all as the agent there was awesome. She tried contacting the airport location with no success but kept trying local offices until she found cars available at the Edmond location. The manager at Edmond was also great, she was able to get my car exchanged and was very helpful. The airport location has gone downhill over the past couple of years and I give them zero stars.

The staff at the location were great, helpful, and professional. Only thing that was a miss was the inside of the truck was dirty.

Easy to retrieve vehicle. Was a little discouraged that the level of vehicle I reserved was not available, but I was able to get next higher class for same price.

The process of picking up the rental car was excellent, and I truly appreciated how smooth and efficient everything was. However, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle. The car was noticeably dirty, which was surprising because I have rented from Hertz numerous times and have never experienced this issue before. I have always held Hertz to a high standard, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope greater attention will be given to ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned before being rented to customers.

I picked up my car late (10:30PM) and the office was closed. The Gold Member display board had my car in slot “S” but all of the spaces were marked with numbers. I just has to guess which car to take.

Had to visit counter to get my car.Staus not reconginized. Only one person working. Exist both under maned. Took 20min to exist parking lot. Upon return nobody there, which is fine but there were very few cars on the lot. Are you going out of business? Bankrupt again?

President's Circle and Gold Member perks never work at OKC for me. I walk out to the board, see my name, and see "see agent" everytime. Terrible and I'm not renting from Hertz anymore.

Good car and the return was easy and the folks were very courteous.

On the negative side: when exiting to the car lot, my name was not on the marquee and there no personnel working in the lot. I had to return to the Hertz desk, wait in line, and finally ask for the location of my rental car.
