Smooth, fast, stress free. And received an upgrade. It was great

Check-in online. Check-out simple and easy. Also, charging reasonable price for gasoline to avoid a service station fill-up is nice.

The customer service was terrible from the entire team but the worst was the gentle in the garage that treated me we such disrespect and basically made me feel like I had to take the car that smelled like pot. It was an awful experience and I will likely never return. I should not have had to pay for that rental. Please respond with a solution to regain my trust in Hertz.

The vehicle was dirty and found a live roach in the center console. It was dark when I picked it up and didn’t know the extent of it until the next morning. Disappointing to not have a Tesla available but having the opportunity to try a polestar 2 for the first time was informative at least. I learned I’ll never rent or drive any polestar ever. Unless I can get a guaranteed Tesla, I’ll never rent an electric vehicle again.

Car selection was minimal, no help with what started as windshield chip, turned into crack

Car was fine, pickup and drop off was fine, but the cost was too high

Our first time Car Rental with Hertz, and we were pleasantly surprised of how well our rental was handled for us. We joined Hertz gold club and went right from the airport to the rental lot. We we’re handed our key and escorted to where the Auto was parked, and it was a breeze going through and picking up our car. We definitely will be using Hertz again.

They ran out of cars. I had a reservation and had to wait hours to get out of that airport, and they offered nothing to rectify it. Awful experience.

Our plane was delayed 15 1/2 hours.
They were so easy to work with to hold our car.
So easy to return the car also.

As a loyal member, I was extremely disappointed with our recent rental experience. We were initially excited to receive an electric vehicle, which we absolutely loved. However, after traveling miles away from the airport, we began discovering cockroaches inside the vehicle. We continued encountering roaches throughout our rental, making the experience uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we returned the vehicle, there was no one available to address our concerns. We waited for assistance but ultimately had to leave to catch our flight. This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially as a loyal customer. I expected much better cleanliness and customer service, and I hope the company will take this matter seriously and make it right.

Charged my for fuel even though I returned the vehicle with full fuel. I had just left the gas station before I showed up so tank was to the top.

The Mercedes had 2 tires that kept running out of air every day I had it, your company needs to start checking vehicles more carefully unexpectable.

My Kalamazoo car wasn’t ready. Had to wait 30 min. Then had to give it back, it wreaked of smoke. The second car AppleCar was malfunctioning. The GRR airport facility had absolutely zero signage.Had to stop and ask for directions on a very short schedule. My MCC rental was a death trap. With excessive levels of vibration that would drive out all the fasteners if not repaired when driving around 60mph. I’ve driven vehicles with out of balance wheels but this was on a record breaking level.
